Multibag SNOW Options, KEGS NEWS & More

SNOW Calls Rip:

Yesterday morning’s earnings calendar was a little disappointing in terms of the quality of the companies reporting, so we went in a completely different direction with our daily options idea and selected some longer-term targets in the SNOW chain. This was a purely technical play based on the stock’s chart setup, and it proved to be a really solid decision right from the get-go.

We slated the SNOW 05/20 $235-245 Calls for tracking, and all five of the contract sets therein produced huge multi-bag gain opportunities which were as follows:

SNOW 05/20 $235-245 Calls
$235:
 2.50-10.20 (+308%)
$237.50: 2.30-8.80 (+283%)
$240: 1.40-7.70 (+450%)
$242.50: 1.35-6.61 (+390%)
$245: 1.00-5.67 (+467%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
SPY 03/30 $457-460 Calls
ASO Weekly $38-40 Calls

Susglobal Energy Corp. (OTCQB:SNRG) – Update:

As we were just mentioning, the markets took a real beating yesterday, but despite that fact, SNRG recorded a respectable intraday move running 33% from .21-.28 on the day. It also registered the third biggest volume day since we began tracking it at the beginning of last month. This came just a day after the company was featured in a write-up posted to USA TODAY’s website, as we mentioned in Tuesday morning’s premarket report.

As you can see on the chart below, SNRG has been steadily building higher base levels of support over the last several weeks and indicators seem to suggest that the days and weeks ahead could get very interesting. Stay tuned for more updates as they become necessary.

Wrapping Up Another Strong Trading Week

Snowflake Inc. SNOW – Options Review

In yesterday morning’s premarket report, there was a clear standout among our options ideas of the day. We had tagged the SNOW Weekly $247.50-250 Calls for observation following the company’s earnings drop. It was a release with mixed results, but that didn’t stop traders from pushing the stock as high as 279.45 on the session.

SNOW’s intraday move facilitated some fantastic numbers in our designated targets. The total possible gains were in the eight-bagger range, and were as follows:

SNOW Weekly $247.50-250 Calls
$247.50: 3.40-32.64 (+860%)
$250: 3.07-29.39 (+857%)
_____

Fresh Options Ideas*:
COST Weekly $320-315 Puts
AVGO Weekly $445-447.50 Calls
GPS Weekly $25.50-26.50 Calls
SPY Weekly $379-380 Calls

*Please do not attempt to trade options with a weekly expiration on Friday unless you are an advanced level trader with access to disposable funds!

For The Earth Corp. FTEG

FTEG is a CBD play traded on the OTC that we tagged in yesterday morning’s extended watchlist, after noticing two of the company’s overdue reports were filed for the previous two quarters. FTEG is currently working toward coming current, and that represents progress toward that end, so that’s something we’re going to want to keep an eye on.

Whenever a defunct OTC stock goes current, the attention it brings can often drive some serious moves. We’ve witnessed many subpenny runners of late, and FTEG could get its chance, so we’re going to want to monitor this one closely over a longer period of time.
