Monday’s Results, Trio of Fresh Ideas

Options Recaps:

We produced a mixed bag of results yesterday, with the some of options ideas we had in our premarket report failing to meet our own standards, while other experienced some really nice intraday runs. In the interest of not sugarcoating a clear miscalculation, we went the wrong way on the SPY for the day, and saw just a brief and minimal spike. Fortunately, our other target chains yielded some much nicer moves.

In all, we had the SPY 09/22 $663-662 Puts, the MTSR 10/17 $50 Calls, and the ODP 10/17 $26-28 Calls on our daily radar, and these were the biggest moves logged by each one:

Friday’s Big Runners, 3 Potential Plays

Friday’s session turned out to be an excellent cap to a solid trading week, after the three potential plays we flagged in our premarket report watchlist produced some really impressive moves up. We had multi-baggers across the board, offering plenty of opportunity to get in on the fun. Even as we’ve had far fewer earnings reporters than usual, we’ve still managed to identify some good chances.

Reviewing Thursday’s Movers:

It was another good trading day on Thursday, with a lot of good activity in the markets helping to push along our four potential targets, laid out in our premarket report. In ten possible strike points spread over those four chains, only one of them registered an intraday move of less than a hundred percent. It kept what has been a really solid week going for us, and we’re eager to try to close it out on a high note today as well.
