We’re ready to kick off a fresh trading week today, but before we can dive into what’s looking ripe for the picking this morning, of course we need to go over the solid gains that occurred in our targeted options plays from Friday morning’s premarket report.

Three of our four designated set of options ideas on the day panned out to some significant gain opportunities for us. We were looking at the EXPE Weekly $202.50-207.50 Calls, the F Weekly $17.50-18 Calls, and the NET Weekly $119-122 Calls. The moves we witnessed weren’t eye-popping, but they were very respectable, especially considering how poorly things went for the markets in general.

We’re hopping in the saddle for another trading week, after some very nice options success to close out last week on Friday. We offered up four separate ideas for readers of our premarket report, and they all provided us with multibag gain opportunities on the day.

Our specific targets were the CAT Weekly $210-207.50 Puts, the V Weekly $212.50-217.50 Calls, the SPY 01/28 $430 Puts, and the AAPL Weekly $165 Puts, with each and every contract set contained within those ranges registering a big move for us. Options Recap: 

It was a treacherous day for the markets yesterday, with the vast majority of big board stocks pulling back, but we still managed to go two for three on options ideas despite signaling calls across the board.

The two ideas that recorded notable intraday moves before falling off into the close, were the NOW Weekly $530-540 Calls, and the TSLA Weekly $930-945 Calls. Oftentimes post-earnings plays will still provide such opportunities even if they can’t sustain the momentum, which is exactly why we base most of our targets around quarterly reporters on a given day.

Trans Global Group, Inc. TGGI – Update:

We have also been tracking TGGI quite a bit over the past several weeks, tagging it in our extended watchlists. Since our last mention of the stock it has made a move from .0081-.0143. That works out to an overall upswing of 77%
