First off, we’d just like to apologize for the lack of a premarket report on Friday. An untimely power outage prevented us from getting anything out to readers in time for the market open. In the past dozen years, we have missed maybe five trading days, if that, so it’s not something one should expect to see repeated anytime soon.

In the meantime, we did see some new highs in the SMAR 12/16 $35-40 Calls prior to their expiration at week’s end, which we wanted to report back on today before kicking off a fresh trading week. We have been tracking these calls since December 2nd, and here are the figures and total possible profits we witnessed over that span of roughly two weeks:

We are cruising into the weekend after what has truly been an exciting and fruitful week of options trading. After sweeping the board with six distinct ideas from Wednesday’s report, we continued to press our advantage and formulated another four fresh potential plays in yesterday morning’s premarket report.

Those targets were the TMO Weekly $585-595 Calls, the MA Weekly $345-347.50 Calls, the LIN 08/19 $280 Calls, and the F Weekly $13.50-14 Calls. Out of the five sets of earnings related options ideas we formulated in our premarket report on Friday morning, we scored solid gain opportunities with four of them. An extremely fine performance, considering the markets as a whole took a nose dive shortly before 10AM.
