Massive Form-4 Alert

Options Reviews

Yesterday morning, our primary order of business was to continue our commitment to bringing our readers as many solid quick-strike options ideas as we can. Not surprisingly, we were able to see some very nice opportunities in our designated targets.

Despite a mixed bag of bears and bulls, the volatile intraday swinging action of the markets made it possible to jump on big gains for each of them. Here were our top plays for the day and the total potential gains which could have been achieved.

SPY Weekly $244-242 Puts
$244: 1.30-2.89 (+122%)
$243: 1.08-2.49 (+131%)
$242.50: 1.04-2.37 (+128%)
$242: .97-2.19 (+126%)
______

KMX Weekly $50-55 Calls
$55:
 .50-3.90 (+680%)
$50: .30-2.03 (+577%)

Howard Hughes Corp. HHC – Fresh Options Idea

We want to place some options in the HHC chain on longer-term watch today after noticing some massive institutional insider buying that has come in near the stock’s recent lows, to the tune of $500M. You don’t sink those kind of funds into a stock unless you are supremely confident that its present level of support is rock solid. We are going to begin tracking the HHC 07/17 $50-60 Calls as a result.

Lululemon Athletica LULU – Fresh Ideas

Lululemon had an earnings beat of its own yesterday post-market, so we want to formulate some ideas for the LULU chain as well.

Not only is the stock gapping up on earnings, but like DG yesterday, the LULU chart was already looking like a bottom-play with premium potential. That’s why we want to formulate both a short and long term set of ideas for LULU options. The LULU Weekly $55-57.50 Calls*, to coincide with the immediate boost in activity off of these earnings, and the LULU 06/30 58.50-60.50 Calls in the event of a protracted recovery.

*We never highlight options with a weekly expiration on a Friday without an explicit warning. That should tell you how risky it can be. So if you’re not an expert trader, don’t even think about it!

Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SGYP

We also want to put SGYP on watch today after noticing that the stock is coming off of its 52-week lows. That’s always a chart setup that we’re going to look at, but in this case the lows followed shartly after the company producing positive Phase III data on its TRULANCE™ drug, which is already approved by the FDA.

We’ve included a chart snapshot here, and you can plainly see, the stock had been beaten back severely and is only just now beginning to mount a rebound.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Updates on Recent Interests

MMEX Resources Corp. MMEX

Just to give a quick recap of our timeline of events with MMEX- We stated our continued interest in MMEX on Friday, after re-tagging it in Thursday’s premarket report allowed for the chance at some very nice gains. (.0081-.0169, +108%). That was only after our first alerting on the stock in the previous Friday’s report, while it was trading as low as .0046, so as of Friday morning, we had already witnessed a five-session overall swing of 267%

One might have thought the party was over at that point, in reality, it persisted in a big way. Friday’s trading activity brought an onslaught of buying pressure as volume surged and the PPS got another sizable boost. MMEX traded in an intraday range from .0163-.0289, an intraday rip of 77% That brings our total observed upswing on this play to 528% since March 22nd.

Petroleo Brasiliero S.A. (Petrobras) PBR – Update

We’ve been tracking the PBR 04/21 $9.50 & $10 Calls since the Friday before last, which brought us gains in the 180-200% range leading into Friday’s session.

Today we just want to provide the updates figures as those contracts underwent a dip-and-rip pattern that produced the following intraday opportunities on Friday.

04/21 $9.50 Calls – Range: .36-.52 – Max Gain: 44%
04/21 $10 Calls – Range: .18-.26 – Max Gain: 44%

U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. USRM

After inevitably cooling down off of the amazing 1180% (.014-.1793) run we witnessed between 02/27 and 03/28, USRM consolidated toward the end of last week, and on Friday make a pretty convincing reversal and rebound.

The stock traded up from a low of .0821 to .123 for a respectable intraday boost of 50% so we’ll want to hang around to see if the stock can chain together another solid session and maintain that recovery.
