Tuesday’s Runners:

We were able to get things back on track for Tuesday’s premarket report. after Monday’s results were less than outstanding. We offered up a slate of four possible options targets and met with some pretty good results. Things should begin to get much more interesting today, with a good set of earnings reporters on the calendar.

Monday’s Moves:

The week got off to a slightly lackluster beginning on Monday. With no interesting earnings reporters to base our trading ideas from, things weren’t exactly as volatile as we typically like to see for the targets in our premarket report. Everything made at least some move in a positive direction, just not on the level we’d prefer. We’re a bit light on earnings again today, but tomorrow should be a good day in that regard, with several big names preparing for release.

Monday Recap:

It was a fairly solid day for us on Monday, with all of the ideas in our premarket report posting positive moves, and two out of those three being actual big runners that traders could have taken for a ride. It was the options chains of the two main cruise lines that provided the impetus for those gains.

Friday in Review:

We ended last week on a really high note. It’s always a good thing when our premarket report on a Friday puts a solid cap onto the trading week. We formulated a slate of four potential trading targets, and witnessed some very nice positive movement from each of them.

We were looking at the CNXC 10/17 $50-45 Puts, the COST Weekly $935-930 Puts, the AAPL Weekly $255 Calls, and the INTC Weekly $35 Calls. The Intel calls were by far the hottest pick of the day, but they all did rather well. Here were the largest intraday increases in each of those ideas:
