Recap of Tuesday’s Movers, Fresh Earnings Plays

Solid Options Runners:

We righted the ship yesterday with a couple of good options ideas in our premarket report, despite the fact that we had no earnings reporters with which to work. We managed to root out a couple of good plays, regardless. Today appears to have some real potential, with several big name earnings drops, along with a market that looks like it may possibly be ready to reverse and go bullish.

Yesterday’s areas of interest for us were the GIS 01/20 $85-80 Puts, and the HEI 01/20 $150 Calls, and here were the caliber of moves and total possible profits they produced for us on the day:

Coping With Tough Conditions, Trio of Fresh Ideas

Tuesday’s Movers:

While we didn’t exactly have a landmark session yesterday, we did manage to eke out a couple of solid options trading plays despite the harsh environment we’re experiencing at the present time. Nobody’s ever going to be perfect in their assessments, and we have been contending with a tumultuous time for stocks in general. That being said, we never get discouraged, and always keep our noses to the grindstone!

Yesterday’s fruitful targets were the NVDA Weekly $136-138 Calls, and the GTLB 09/16 $50 Calls, the potential gains of which we have listed below. As for how we’ll get along for the remainder of this short week, things are looking up today with a much more substantial slate of names on the earnings calendar.

NVDA Weekly $136-138 Calls
$136:
2.46-4.40 (+79%)
$137: 2.10-3.85 (+83%)

Trans Global Group Inc. TGGI – OTC Recap:

We also want to give a brief update the recent run that TGGI has put together. We have been tracking this stock via our daily extended watchlists fairly closely through August and into this month, and subsequent to our alert on the 12th, we would witness a low of .0078. After hitting .0175 that works out to a run of 124%

XOM Updates, Fresh Ideas

Extended-Term Exxon-Mobil Runners:

With all of the options ideas in yesterday morning’s report being extended-term plays, we don’t yet have much to report in terms of instantaneous gains this morning, but we thought this would be a good opportunity to track back to a previous longer-term idea we had earlier this month which produced reasonable opportunities to profit subsequent to our tag.

We signaled the XOM 09/02 $95-96 Calls exactly two weeks ago today on the morning of August 9th, and over that span they’ve managed to post quite significant increases and profit possibilities for traders, which have been as follows:

XOM 09/02 $95-96 Calls

$95: .80-2.75 (+244%)
$96: .72-2.11 (+190%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
DKS Weekly $111-113 Calls
BEKE 09/16 $15-17.50 Calls
PANW Weekly $550-565 Calls
ZM Weekly $89-86 Puts

Greene Concepts Inc. INKW – Recap:

We first began signaling INKW just over a couple of weeks ago on the morning of the 4th. and have also done so a few times since then. Following that initial alert, we would observe a low of .0056 in this OTC stock, which then went on to make a serious run deep into Pennyland to a high of .0239, marking an extremely commendable 327% run.

Extended Watchlist:
DPLS, CSVI, STEK, ZNOG, ALYI, QTNT, MRIN, WINT, AVYA, INDO, HSDT

Fresh Options Idea:
SDPR S&P500 (ETF) SPY Weekly $289-291 Calls

Ocugen, Inc. OCGN

We also want to designate OCGN as a bottom-watch play this morning. The stock recently became NASDAQ-trading after a merger with Histogenics, and the PPS fell off a cliff.

OCGN is currently hanging around just above the two dollar level here in the premarket, and we will be tracking its movements over the next few sessions to see if it can pick up some steam as a bottom-bouncer.

We released a Special Report on CBNT (Click here to view) Wednesday morning, and the stock made a solid 30% move up yesterday. We’re going to continue tracking this nanotech play. Stay tuned for updates.

Extended Watchlist:
BHGE, SRPT, PHUN, AVYA, RNG, NAKD, SONO, YUMA
