Bitcoin Options Updates

Staying on top of MARA and RIOT as we observed this recent bitcoin boom has brought us some fine opportunities. We started with a small set of targets and increased the field as we went. On Friday we were already reporting gains north of 1000% in many of our tracked contract sets, and we once again added fresh targets.

At this point, with bitcoin selling off over the weekend, we feel a reversal in course would be in order, so we are going to signal some puts in these very same plays to kick off this fresh trading week. We’re going to be looking to the RIOT Weekly $23-21 Puts, and the the MARA Weekly $23-21 Puts.

With the democrats winning control of the US senate in the GA runoffs, the odds of finally seeing marijuana reclassified at the federal level sooner rather than later, have now gone up considerably. Thus we would like to signal a couple of ideas related to the cannabis space, and will likely be more focused on related stock and options ideas going forward.

We are still actively tracking the options targets we designated in the SPY chain in Tuesday’s premarket report which were the SPY Weekly $340-341 Calls. We got some pretty nice intraday gain opportunities in the 60-80% range early Tuesday, but the following upswing that we observed in these plays yesterday was far better.

The $340 Calls registered another run from .98-3.28, which marks a 235% move, while the $341’s ran from .75-2.65, for a 253% rip.

Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc. ARQT – Form-4 Bottom Bouncer

Following multiple Form-4 submissions to the tune of over $12M each last week, ARQT sold off and began to establish just the type of chart setup we are always on the lookout for. A recently tanked stock with a gap on the chart to the upside, that is establishing a trend off of that bottom.

Combined with the recent insider purchases, and it makes for a stock that we need to have on our watchlist in the weeks, and perhaps even months ahead.
