CWET, TRIDQ & Today’s Watchlist

Clean Wind Energy Tower, Inc. CWET

Yesterday, CWET perked up for a 20% gain, exhibiting the ability to bounce off of its bottom. We feel that these gains are just the tip of the iceberg, as one look at the chart below illustrates:

Also take a look at the recent PR:

Trident Microsystems, Inc. TRIDQ

TRIDQ has been a monster for us, another spot-on bottom bounce call good for huge gains. Have a look at the chart we prepared, pointing out our success after first alerting the stock on Jan. 9th.

If TRIDQ can continue to break resistance points, and surpass .27 & .35, there appears to be a large gap to fill up to .50.

Today’s Extended Watchlist:
BPAX, ATRN, ANTS, & SUNB (A new play to add to our radars)

VSST, BPAX, ATRN, TRID – Today’s Watchlist

BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. BPAX

You’ve heard us say, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. BPAX broke its resistance on Tuesday, hitting a HOD of .6749, closing the day at .66, and kicking off this short week in good fashion. So far, our total gains on BPAX are sitting at 74%

There are certain groups who believe wrongdoing was taking place with regard to the statements released by the company about its failed product, LibiGel. We are reserving judgement until more information comes to light, but thought you should be made aware of the situation as well.

NEW YORK, Jan 11, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Levi & Korsinsky is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“BioSante” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: BPAX) securities concerning possible violations of federal securities laws.

Atrinsic, Inc. ATRN

ATRN saw a modest 5% increase yesterday, on lighter-than-average volume. It is good to see a consolidation and sideways trading action on decreased volume; it appears as if ATRN is building a new base for its next leg up.

The RSI still appears oversold, and has plenty of room to climb higher from here

Trident Microsystems, Inc. TRID

TRID had its first down day Tuesday since we’ve been following this stock. After 125% in gains, a little pullback is to be expected, but we wont let the symbol slip from our radar just yet. The stock maintained a higher low of .127, only to close at .143, for a 13% intraday gain.

Voice Assist, Inc. VSST

This stock hit its 52-week low yesterday, so we are going to be watching closely for signs that its hit its bottom, that we might catch it on the rebound.

Just as recently as October, VSST was trading in the .70-.80 range, and between 1.25-1.50 back in August. Should the stock recover from this selloff and return to those previous prices, gains of 250%-600% could be in store.

This all may not happen overnight, thus we would categorize this as a long term play. As you’ve seen with our other bottom plays, its always best to begin paying attention early, so as not to miss a beat when the stock begins to turn up from its bottom.

We think that this company has a great technology that could eventually take off, but don’t take our word for it: The company offers free 30-day trials here.

TRID, BPAX, APP, DGHG, ATRN, VHGI – Stock Watchlist

Trident Microsystems, Inc. TRID

TRID is the most recent bounceplay; as low as .075 last week at the time of our call. The stock managed a high of .1688, for a possible gain of 125%  We like the way TRID is recovering off of its bottom, making higher highs and lows, so we are still very interested to see where this short week takes it.

BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. BPAX

BPAX ran into resistance last week at .596, before dipping to find support in the .48-49 range. Following BPAX moving forward, we will want that support to hold in the high .40’s, and the resistance taken out.

American Apparel, Inc. APP

After seeing gains on the order of 92%, APP ran into a slight patch of resistance at a dollar last week, and having found support in the low .90’s, is holding the majority of its gains from .52.

Diversified Global Holdings Group, Inc. DGHG

DGHG made a nice recovery off of its bottom last week. We were looking to see the stock jump back over a dollar, which it did. We like the look of the chart, having just seen a cross of the MACD.

Atrinsic, Inc. ATRN

Following our alert on ATRN, we witnessed the stock explode 265%, jumping from .015 to .0548.  The stock made a slight pullback, finding support at .0326. Just as long as ATRN can hold above three cents, we feel there is a high probability of seeing more bounceplay opportunities here.

VHGI Holdings, Inc. VHGI

Has had a stair-stepper of a chart since we began following it some time ago. The stock continues to reach new 52-wk highs, with virtually no resistance in sight.
