Holiday High-Flyers, A Pair of New Ideas

Festive Friday Fireworks:

We’re happy to have closed things out on a high note in our report on Friday morning, as we are heading into the holiday lull, with no earnings reporters to play off of until 2024. It has been an absolutely incredible year for us. We had a MOUNTAIN of successful calls, versus just a handful of misses, for the ENTIRE year! We’re also very thankful for the read rates that our subscribers have allowed us to achieve this year- the highest ever in our extremely long history!

We also wanted to provide a brief update on SONX, an OTC play we began tracking just under a month ago on November 30th. Subsequent to that tag, we have observed a huge run in this stock from as little as .045, up to Friday’s impressive new high of .35. That represents a massive upswing of 678%

Friday’s Runners, 3 New Plays

Friday’s Movers:

For what was a really good trading week, we sort of ended things with a mixed bag. Just half of our daily ideas went the way we would’ve liked, but we did still manage to see some nice gains on those. We also observed new highs in a set of calls from earlier in the week.

The two successful plays from Friday’s premarket report were the SMAR 12/15 $45 Calls, and the MOMO Weekly $7 Calls, and from Tuesday’s report, we had the GIII 12/15 $30 Calls post new intraweek highs. Here’s how those performances played out:

SMAR 12/15 $45 Calls
$45:
 .25-.75 (+200%)
_____

MOMO Weekly $7 Calls
$7: .23-.70 (+204%)
_____

GIII 12/15 $30 Calls
$30: .23-2.00 (+770%)

SE Weekly $36-35 Puts

Star Alliance International Corp. STAL – Recap:

An OTC play that we have been tracking quite a bit lately is STAL, which posted another solid move on Friday following its inclusion in our premarket report. It ran from .005.-0062. which works out to an intraday run of 24% We would want to see STAL hold support in the .004-.005 range in order to remain interested.

Kicking Off a Potential-Filled Trading Week

Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc. HYFM – Options Update:

As a result of the relatively dry period for earnings (which will finally clear up starting next week) we’ve been formulating a lot of longer-term ideas on stocks with good technical setups. A couple of Monday’s ago, on the morning of September 27th, we signaled the HYFM 11/19 $35-40 Calls.

The stock itself saw its lows shortly thereafter, and for the past week, has been making incremental gains which have begun to produce the sort of activity that we were hoping to see.

Here are the ranges and percentage increases we’ve observed so far. With over a month still remaining prior to expiration, we wouldn’t be surprised to have to return to this one later to report further gains:

HYFM 11/19 $35-40 Calls
$35: 4.21-5.92 (+41%)
$40: 1.90-3.30 (+74%)
_____

Fresh Options Ideas:
TAL Weekly $4.50-5.00 Calls
GM Weekly $58-59 Calls

Priority Aviation, Inc. PJET – Recap:

Another play we signaled interest in toward the end of last month was PJET, which appeared in our report on the morning of September 30th, and the ensuing volatility did not disappoint.

This stock underwent a distinct dip-and-rip following our mention, going as low as .0125, before running back to .0235, for an upswing of 88% A break past .0244 this week, would put PJET into blue skies, so we’ll reserve a slot on our watchlists for it in upcoming sessions.
