Fresh Plays, Winner Recaps & More

eXp World Holdings Inc. EXPI – Options Review:

Yesterday morning, we highlighted the performance of our options ideas in EXPI that we had initially targeted on Wednesday, the EXPI 03/19 $50-52.50 Calls. After posting double-bag moves, we mentioned that we expected the bullish activity to continue, based on the stock’s behavior in the premarket.

In addition to the EXPI 03/19 $50-52.50 Calls from last week, we extended our target range by rolling up to include the EXPI 03/19 $55 Calls. Not only did the updated strike instantly yield double-bag gains on the day, but our preexisting targets tacked on some stellar new highs which has extended our observed trading range by a considerable amount.

The following numbers are the total swings made by the $50-52.50’s since last week, and the single-session surge recorded yesterday by the $55’s:

EXPI 03/19 $50-55 Calls
$50:  2.16-8.20 (+280%)
$52.50: 1.45-6.10 (+321%)
$55:  2.10-4.60 (+119%)

XL Fleet Corp. XL – Recap:

It was also this past Wednesday morning that we flagged some longer-term contracts in the XL options chain, with the XL 05/21 $12.50-15 Calls. Despite just a few sessions passing since then, this bottom bouncing stock has continued to add modest gains daily.

We already have seen some notable moves in those plays with more than two month remaining until expiration. We’ll be interested to see where they go from here in the event of continued northward movement in XL. Here are the gains we’ve tracked so far:

XL 05/21 $12.50-15 Calls
$50:  2.45-3.50 (+43%)
$52.50: 2.00-3.00 (+50%)
$55:  1.70-2.64 (+55%)

Incredible Options Gainers:

We finished out last week with an absolute bang as we signaled a wide range of options ideas in Friday morning’s report that would churn out opportunities for enormous intraday gains.

The top runners of our day were our targets in the SPY Weekly $379-380 Calls, the AVGO Weekly $445-447.50 Calls and the COST Weekly $320-315 Puts. We had a range of ideas in the GPS chain but the gains didn’t compare with the following huge winners.

Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. CCTC

For a little OTCQB action, we want to go ahead and tag CCTC for observation. The stock appears ready to start coming off of being oversold.

It had a nice run toward the beginning of the year, and we’re going to place it on watch for the possibility of similar future activity, with primary resistance at the current 50DMA of .013, and the MACD indicating the possibility of an impending reversal.

Biggest Gainer of the Year & Plenty More

Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. TSNP – Update

We have been actively tracking TSNP for a month since October 28th,at which time this OTC stock was trading for as little as .0005. It has been on an epic rise since then, and this morning, we are seeing an astonishing new high of .1595 in premarket trading.

That works out to an absolutely absurd increase of 31,800% in the span of just one month, and will go on record as our highest potential gainer for the entirety of 2020.

FORW which has the same CEO, George Sharp, is another stock we’re going to want to track as a sort of sympathy play. Given TSNP’s unbelievable success, it would be folly to ignore anything else with which that Mr. Sharp is involved.

Sundial Growers Inc. SNDL

We are also taking notice of the surge in activity in SNDL, a cannabis play, which is currently being propelled on news of some debt elimination.

Our regular readers are aware of our affinity for marijuana-related stock, and especially those traded on the higher exchanges. This is a stock that was trading at more than three times its current value just a year ago, and with the progress it’s making toward cleaning up its debt, we have no reason not to believe that a much more significant recovery could be in the cards.

Canopy Growth Corp. CGC

Speaking of cannabis plays on the higher exchanges, we signaled some fresh CGC options plays on Friday morning, the CGC Weekly $26-27 Calls and those came back instant winners for us to close out the short holiday week. Here were the half-day intraday ranges and total possible gains on those:

CGC Weekly $26-27 Calls
$26: .99-3.05 (+208%)
$26.50: .24-2.62 (+992%)
$27: .11-2.11 (+1818%)

A Fruitful Holiday Week

Closing Out the Short Week

We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. We’re ready to close out this short trading week with a half day today. Just before we broke for Thanksgiving, we produced some fresh options ideas to carry into the end of the week.

Among those plays were the JWN Weekly $24-26 Calls and the GPS Weekly $24.50-23.50 Puts, and we observed some pretty good moves from those plays on Wednesday:

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SYMC Bottom-Play & More

Turtle Beach Corp. HEAR

We were very pleased with HEAR on Friday, mentioning the incredible 400% move the stock had made since our initial alert on April 9th, from a low of 2.76 to 13.88.

As it happened, the stock wasn’t done impressing us yet. HEAR made an excellent run on Friday from a daily low of 10.60 to its new high of 18.62. That’s an intraday move of 76%, and an enormous 575% increase over our observed low from last month.

Symantec, Inc. SYMC

We are always on the lookout for potential bottom plays, and Symantec is going to go on our watchlist as such a candidate as we kick off a new trading week.

A sweeping round of analyst downgrades from Piper Jaffray and others, effected a massive selloff in SYMC, and we’re already seeing a start to a rebound this morning with the stock gapping up roughly 5% in the premarket.

We’re going to keep an eye on SYMC Weekly $19.50-21.50 Calls as well, in the event that the stock continues to rebound.
