TWTR Runner, OTC Recap & More

Twitter, Inc. TWTR – Options Recap:

Our lone quick-strike options idea from yesterday morning’s premarket report was in the Twitter chain. We are heading into a dry period for major earnings reporters over the next couple of weeks, and so the TWTR Weekly $44-45.50 Calls were our main focus yesterday.

We got good results there, and with the stock gapping up once again this morning, we’re going to not only expect further gains from those contract sets, but we’re also going to roll up our potential strike area to include the TWTR Weekly $50-52 Calls.

Here were  the total possible gains on the table for yesterday’s ideas:

TWTR Weekly $44-45.50 Calls
$44: 3.75-7.45 (+99%)
$44.50: 3.60-7.00 (+94%)
$45: 3.05-6.80 (+123%)
$45.50: 2.77-6.30 (+127%)

Kona Gold Beverages, Inc. KGKG – Recap:

We’ve also been tracking KGKG of late, with the stock having first begun appear in our reports just a little under a month ago. Subsequent to those alerts we would observe a low of .0051, and this week the stock has continued to press to new highs. Yesterday, following another reminder in our daily extended watchlist, it reached .012, which represents an overall upswing of 135%

For anyone who may have only caught our alert in yesterday morning’s report, gains of up to 40% were still on the table during its intraday run from a daily low of .0086.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: CSX Review & More

CSX Corp. CSX – Options Review

We presented our readers with an options idea concerning CSX yesterday morning in the wake of the company’s solid quarterly earnings report, the CSX Weekly $65-67.50 Calls.

What followed was an exceptionally bullish session for the railroad giant, which facilitated some really nice intraday multi-bag gain opportunities.

Not surprisingly, big moves were exhibited by every single contract in our designated range of six sets:

$65 Calls– Range: 1.64-4.00 – Max Gain: 144%
$65.50 Calls – Range: 1.42-3.54 – Max Gain: 149%
$66 Calls – Range: .91-3.00 – Max Gain: 230%
$66.50 Calls
– Range: .64-2.57 – Max Gain: 301%
$67 Calls – Range: .45-2.02 – Max Gain: 349%

Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. WBA – Recap

Also included in our morning report yesterday were the WBA 08/17 $67.50 & $70 Calls, and those too enjoyed some notable intraday gains for the session.

Despite selecting calls with August expiration, the payoff to this idea was all but instantaneous, with each of our two ideas logging significant intraday runs to the upside. The $67.50’s traded in a range from .93 to 1.45, a gains of 133% while the $70’s went from .40-.65, which works out to a gain of 63%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: CAT Breakout & More

PetMed Express, Inc. PETS

We signaled a longer-term options idea for PETS yesterday which needs some time to ripen, but with the solid move in the stock itself, we figured we’d recap its performance since our initial alert on it six weeks ago.

We caught PETS at a low of 32.90, which makes its 43% run to 46.94 this week that much more impressive. For a thirty-dollar stock to gain more than a third of its value in a matter of just a few weeks, is no small feat.

We’ll continue to keep our selected options, the PETS 11/17 $40-50 Calls on watch over the next few weeks.

Caterpillar, Inc. CAT

Speaking of high dollar stocks that we’ve alerted and then gone on to see impressive gains, we’ve got CAT in our sights again this morning after a solid earnings beat. We’re going to want to highlight some options ideas here as well, but first, let’s talk about the incredible bullish run of Caterpillar this year.

We were talking about this stock back in March, and that same month, the stock traded for as little as 90.34, and has essentially been in a continual uptrend ever since. Measured to this morning’s new premarket high of 141.98, it represents an increase of 57% in just over six months.

As for the options we’ll want to track on the heels of CAT’s earnings beat this morning, we’ll be looking at the CAT Weekly $136-141 Calls.

Atossa Genetics, Inc. ATOS

We’d also like to quickly recap the respectable intraday performance recorded by ATOS following our alert on the stock yesterday morning.

From an early low of .50, ATOS ran to .636 for a solid 27% move which came on more than three times the monthly average volume.

On a side note, the company has also announced that it will hold a conference call tomorrow morning at 10am EDT to discuss preliminary results from the Phase I study of its proprietary oral Endoxifen, an active metabolite of the FDA-approved breast cancer drug tamoxifen. The conference call will be available through a live webcast at www.atossagenetics.com so we’ll be sure to tune in for that.
