Blue Horseshoe: Even More New Cannabis Stocks

Before we get started this morning, we’d like to welcome our newest readers. If you’re just joining us, you’ve missed an awful lot, as the gains we’ve seen in 2014 have already wowed us beyond belief, but not to worry- We intend to keep this freight train moving full speed ahead! We’ll continue to work hard at bringing you advance warning on chances for rapid-strike profits, from sub-pennies to big boards, options trading and more! Without further ado, let’s jump into a brand new week of action.

United Treatment Centers, Inc. UTRM

We hope that everyone has UTRM on their radar this morning. It is a play with impressive momentum that we caught off of our scanner on Friday.

After opening at .0045, UTRM shot up to .0082 (+82%). It dipped back to .0067 in the afternoon, before making another push to a new high of .0088 (+31%), bringing cumulative intraday gains to 113% The overall move from the low to the high was 96%

UTRM traded over a billion shares last week, and appears to be gapping up past Friday’s resistance at .0089. so we wouldn’t be surprised to see that momentum carry over into this week. We are placing UTRM on high alert for that reason, as well as its entry into the pot sector.

Per a recent PR, UTRM has a new marijuana-related website coming out on the 28th, so we’ll be waiting to take a look at the finished product.

Newcomers to the Marijuana Sector

Due to the extreme gains we’ve seen from so many companies that have chosen to take advantage of recent hysterical trend toward everything cannabis, we have another couple stocks to throw into the mix.

G&S Minerals, Inc. GSML

GSML recently filed a statement of conversion with the Colorado Secretary of State, noting its intent to change its name to Cannabis Holdings, Inc. effective April 1st.

We are going to want to tack this symbol onto our marijuana stock watchlist as GSML attempts to make the transition into the pot sector. We’ll also we on the lookout for further updates regarding the specific direction the company takes.

Supreme Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SPRWF

SPRWF woke up from the dead on news that it too would pursue a place in the medical marijuana arena. Friday the stock shot up significantly, and looks like it wants to gap up again this morning.

Chasing runners of this magnitude can be a risky prospect, so remember, the eventual pullback that is bound to happen at some point, will often give rise to one or more substantial bounce opportunities.

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Mar 24, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) — Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: SL)(OTCBB: SPRWF) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a conditional agreement with an arms-length South Okanagan-based company, whereby the Company has the option to purchase its producing medical marijuana business for up to twelve months for the sum of $1,000,000, payable in cash and shares, subject to regulatory approval. The Company is currently in a 10-business day due diligence period and if satisfied, Supreme will make a $100,000 option payment.

Plays that did well last week that we want to continue to monitor: MNGA, and PBR (May $12 Calls)

Extended Watchlist:
ORFG, ICLD, IDN, HEB, CAMT, PAL, CREG, UBIC

ENIP, OLIE & Extended Watchlist

Endeavor IP, Inc.  ENIP

ENIP comes to us this morning as a stock that has been enjoying a nice run of momentum over the past few sessions, which set off our abnormal activity scanner yesterday. The stock traded up on just over 5.5x its 3mo. average volume.

Indicators on the chart seem to point to the possibility of a continued uptrend. As you can see, the RSI is rising sharply as it is just about to break through the 50-line, and there is an impending MACD cross that appears inevitable.

We’d like to see .65 hold as support to remain interested in ENIP, and the main area of resistance currently sits at the 50DMA of .84.

Olie, Inc. OLIE

OLIE is another runner that caught our eye yesterday, as it traded 12x its 3mo. average volume in the process of trading in a massive daily range from from its low of .0029, to the subsequent high at .0144. An intraday move of 397%

This monstrous run was no doubt sparked by yesterday announcement that the company had completed the assignment of a 10-year, $20M Medium Term Note(Click for Definition),  and they’ve released another PR this morning regarding the signing of a $250K business services contract with Laredo Resources Corp (LRDR). With all of the activity going on with OLIE, we’ll definitely want to keep an eye on it as we cruise through mid-week.

High flyers like this one, generally tend to pull back and provide significant bounce opportunities, which is also something we will be watching out for.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) — Olie Inc. (OTCQB:OLIE) (Olie) President, Robert Gardner, is pleased to announce that Olie has received a contract of $250,000 in Convertible Preferred Securities from Laredo Resources Corp. Laredo Resources Corp is trading on the OTCQB Markets under the symbol (OTCQB:LRDR). The agreement with Laredo Resources Corporation is for one year and is specifically to help Laredo Resources Corp become an Exchange Listed Company on the NYSE Alter Next.

Blue Horseshoe: The Week in Review

For as long as we can remember following the Penny Stock Rumble, we can’t recall a time when a newsletter took the top spot on 3 out of 4 days, but with yesterday’s session, we did in fact reach that difficult achievement! We were anticipating our first ever hat-trick, and we were not disappointed. The following video outlines some of this week’s biggest successes:

Tiger Oil & Energy, Inc. TGRO

We started off Monday with TGRO, which traded as low as .36, and hit .635 on Tuesday for a 76% gain. It would then dip back to .38 before reversing again and surging as high as .62 yesterday for up to 63% on the rebound.

That brought this week’s cumulative gains from TGRO to a total of 139%.

BG Medicine, Inc. BGMD

Next came BGMD, which we spotted on Tuesday trading as low as .6115. We would witness this play running to a high of 1.70 by Wednesday, giving us the opportunity at 178% in possible gains.

CytRx Corp. CYTR

Last but not least, was Wednesday’s alert of CYTR, which looks like it could sprout legs again today. CYTR was as low as 3.45 at the time of our initial alert, and hit a high of 6.36 yesterday, racking in 84% in gains!

This morning, CYTR is gapping up once again, trading in the 6.55 range; if the breakout continues, consider it another triple-digit winner for us.

This was the play that gave us our third winning appearance on the Rumble:

Coronado BioSciences, Inc. CNDO

CNDO jumped out at us as a stock with a serious gap to fill on the chart. As you can see below, back in October the stock fell off a cliff from the $6-8 range all the way down to present levels.

This is a potential play that we’ll want to monitor closely moving forward, because a break of the 50DMA could very well lead to the filling of at least a portion of that gap, a move which would carry with it some significant gains.

With calls like these this week, we’ve made other newsletters obsolete! Nowhere else can you find both diversification into many areas of finance(from microcaps, to big-boards, to options-trading & more), and winning picks on such a consistent basis. Why would you go anywhere else? The word ‘quit’ is not in our vocabulary, which is why we’ll come back time and time again, providing our readers with the highest-quality picks available! We’re wrapping up another hugely successful week, so be sure to get back with us on Monday when we’ll do it all over again!

Extended Watchlist:
SFBR, PLUG, MACK, CLSN, ICLD, PVG, PTIX, ETAK

TSLA, PLUG, ETRM, OMED & Extended Watchlist

Tesla Motors, Inc. TSLA – Options
Back on November 29th, we were noticing that conditions on the TSLA chart had been exhibiting signs of a coming uptrend, and as a result, we presented a few options trading ideas that we felt had a reasonable chance of success. In particular, the 12/21 $120 Calls, and the 12/27 $130 Calls. We were rewarded for our interest, as the stock did indeed find its legs and begin to run following that report.

Since then we’ve seen some major moves out of those contracts, as the $120 Calls ended up trading from a low of 8.40, all the way up to yesterday’s closing price of 25.46, a monstrous 203% gain. The $130 Calls saw their low at 5.03, and ended up closing at 17.07. That was good for an even larger 239% rip.

Chartwise, it appears as if resistance is sitting at $145.65, $151, and the 50DMA of $159.45, and there is a gap on the chart to fill from $160-176, so a push past those key resistance points could lead to more pronounced increases. We would continue to take advantage of the added gains on these contracts, and in the event of a sustained uptrend, would have to consider rolling our strike price up to higher level that we believe would still be pushed into the money.

Plug Power, Inc. PLUG

PLUG has been an old favorite of ours from last March when we caught it on our scanners coming off its 52-wk lows (.1155) and we’ve mentioned it on multiple occasions since that time. We’ve followed this play all the way up to current levels, which as a result of recent favorable reports on the company’s finances, have reached all the way up to this morning’s pre-market high of 1.41. That represents an increase of 1121% off of lows following our initial alert.

We’ll be continuing to monitor PLUG closely, and will certainly want to take part in today’s conference call/webcast in which the CEO will address the reasoning behind his statement that the company is on pace for a “blowout quarter.”, as well as other issues.

LATHAM, N.Y., Dec 04, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) — Plug Power Inc. (Nasdaq:PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, will today host a conference call and webcast during which CEO Andy Marsh will provide a business update for Plug Power and the Company’s expectations for the remainder of 2013 and for 2014.Since the October 8 business update call, the Company has seen an additional 17.8M USD in bookings. Plug Power is currently in negotiations with several large customers on sales agreements to deploy turn-key GenDrive solutions at multiple distribution centers. The Company believes this will significantly impact the fourth quarter bookings, as well as provide a recurring revenue stream from product, service and hydrogen contracts. Plug Power expects orders to range between 30M and 40M USD for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Plug Power has scheduled its conference call and webcast today at 10:30 am ET to review the Company’s business updates. Andy Marsh will be joined by COO, Keith Schmid, and Vice President of Sales, Erik Hansen, to answer questions.

EnteroMedics, Inc. ETRM

ETRM was part of yesterday’s Extended Watchlist, and the stock went on to put up quite a performance. After touching a low of 1.48 shortly before 10:30am, ETRM would spend the rest of the day pressing upward to its high of day and closing price at 2.24. This marks an impressive intraday run of 51% on nearly 20x its 3mo. average volume.

We’ll certainly want to keep an eye on a stock with current momentum of this magnitude.

OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. OMED

Another winner from yesterday’s Extended Watchlist, OMED traded in a range from 22.10-31.99, which marks an intraday move of 45% Quite an impressive feat for a big-board stock in this price range.

Congrats to anyone who caught this, or any of the opportunities for significant profits afforded by the excellent calls in yesterday’s report.

OCLS (FDA Approval news out this am)

ARIA, CAMT, MACK, ECPN & Extended Watchlist

ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  ARIA

Lately, our scans have  certainly been yielding some profitable plays, and after appearing both in Friday’s extended watchlist and yesterday morning’s report, ARIA claimed its place as the next big winner to add to that list. As we approach Thursday’s holiday hiatus, we are expecting market activity to taper as people begin to travel to their holiday destinations and generally prepare for upcoming festivities. We may decide to suspend Wednesday’s newsletter, barring some unforeseen development that may need relaying.

But for now, let’s talk about the big day ARIA had for us yesterday. After opening at 4.06, the stock came back to a low of 3.92  before running up to close at 5.13. The Northerly movement continued post-market, and the stock is gapping up this morning, so we don’t want to let ARIA slip from our radars now. Remember, this stock was trading as high as the 17.00-range as recently as last month, so it still may have some ground to recover.

So far, from Friday’s low of 3.30, the bounce on ARIA has afforded us the opportunity to make up to 55% profit (at yesterday’s closing price) and we suspect that figure could continue to grow today.

Camtek Ltd.  CAMT

CAMT came off of yesterday’s extended watchlist after it had been gapping up in premarket trading, and continued to roll throughout the day. We witnessed a move from 4.11 to a high of 5.29 on 58x the 3mo. average volume, qualifying this as a serious momentum play.

It appears CAMT will gap up once again (currently trading above 6.00) so we have our eyes peeled for continued upward activity today.

Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. MACK

On November 8th, MACK appeared in our daily report, at which time we mentioned a “big gap on the chart between the 3.00-3.40 level” that would bring us excessive gains if filled. We went on to mention the key point to watch for was a break of the 3.00 mark, and we did in fact witness that event this past Friday.

The move we were watching for did come to fruition, and the party may not be over yet; the stock is currently trading in the 3.50-range, so we will be very interested to see what happens today. We’d like to see MACK hold support at the 50DMA of 3.26 in order for it to have a good chance to pile on some added gains.

El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. ECPN

ECPN hit our scanners today as a stock coming off of a recent consolidation that followed a big run on the chart. In early October it ran off of its 52-wk low (.055) and would subsequently hit .41 (Nov 13th) before pulling back to find support at .1142 last Thursday. Since that time it has been logging higher lows and higher highs, so we’d like to see a continuation of that trend which could make ECPN fall under the category of a solid recovery play.

We prepped a video chart on ECPN, click below and take a look:
