Good Start to Short Week, 4 Fresh Ideas

Recap of Tuesday’s Results:

Things got off to a pretty decent start for us as we kicked off this holiday-shortened trading week yesterday morning. In our premarket report, we included a selection of earnings based ideas, and a couple of longer term tech setup plays. Options Review, Four Fresh Ideas

Options Review:

This morning we’re going to start off by going over the options plays that worked out for us yesterday. We were tracking ideas in the TLRY and SPY chains that produced moderate, and excellent gains, respectively.

We were going after the TLRY Weekly $7-7.50 Calls, and the SPY 04/06 $448-446 Puts. and those plays did manage to record solid performances on the day as the markets were depressed on the session. While the Tllray calls only managed small moves, the SPY Puts exploded for huge multibsag runs.

TLRY Weekly $7-7.50 Calls
$7:
 1.06-1.45 (+37%)
$7.50: .80-1.18 (+48%)
_____

SPY 04/06 $448-446 Puts
$448: .55-2.80 (+409%)
$447: .27-1.91 (+607%)
$446: .14-1.20 (+757%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
CRMT 09/16 $75-85 Calls
CAG 04/08 $35-33 Puts
STZ 04/08 $237.50-232.50 Puts
LW 04/15 $60 Calls
