We offered up a pack of four fresh earnings-related options ideas in yesterday morning’s premarket report. It was a mixed bag of calls and puts, and we witnessed some pretty nice intraday activity out of three of four, leading to many quick-strike profit opportunities for ourselves and our readers.

We got mixed results from yesterday morning’s fresh options ideas, with the BIDU Calls we were monitoring failing to catch a spark. However, we did see some intraday movement and gain opportunities out of the other ideas we were tracking, with a trio of runners all in the neighborhood of double-bag chances.

Our specific targets in those cases were the PANW Weekly $180-182.50 Calls, and the CSGP 03/17 $70-65 Puts, and the rundown of their activity on the day is as follows:

We also wanted to offer a quick review of the performance of CLNV following its inclusion in our premarket report from Tuesday morning. In the two sessions since, we’ve seen a solid run from .077 to .012, which works out to a respectable rise of 56%

We got things off to a really good start yesterday morning with our first report of this short trading week, carrying over the success we have been enjoying all year long. We rarely seem to miss, and such was the case again with yesterday’s potential targets. We selected a couple of big name earnings reporters with weekly contracts, and one extended term expiration, and saw reasonable intraday opportunities out of all of them.
