Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SKYS Update, New Ideas & More

Sky Solar Holdings Ltd. SKYS – Update

SKYS was part of a bottom watchlist we put together and published in our premarket report on Thursday, and that morning from a low of 1.30 to 2.58 we witnessed a 98% spike.

We suggested that our readers leave SKYS on their radar on Friday morning, and it was no April Fools trick! The stock bested its performance from the previous session by a decent margin as it traded in a range from 2.44-5.50, an intraday rip of 125% The stock traded massive volume, and was recorded as the top gainer for the day for the entire market!

As of Friday’s new high, our total observed upswing on SKYS in just two days has been a spectacular 323% so congrats to any of our followers who were able to snag a piece of the action!  SKYS serves as a shining example of why we look to stocks that have been beaten back terribly. Recovery-plays are, historically, among some of the most successful picks that we make when the timing is right. The timing was perfect here as is effectively demonstrated by the following chart snapshot without the need for annotation.

______

Towerstream Corp. TWER was also part of Thursday’s bottom watchlist, and it too has posted two consecutive sessions of northerly momentum. While not seeing gains at the magnitude of the previously mentioned play, from our observed low of .1099, the stock returned to .17, a respectable overnight gain of 55%

Aeropostale, Inc. ARO

The ARO chart is filled with bullish indicators as we’ve pointed out below, thus the stock will become a point of keen focus for us in coming sessions. Not only does it qualify as a prime potential bottom-play, but there is a cavernous gap on the chart, the filling of which would spell double-bag gains or better from the current level.

More possible bottom-plays to watch as we kick off the new trading week include ZFGN, TXMD, LNCO & LINE

Novint Technologies, Inc. NVNT

We’ve also got an update on the chatroom call from Thursday’s session that came via the famous DJ, and allowed us a chance at gains of more than 1000%

Readers of our report on Friday morning, even having missed that epic first opportunity, were still treated to a chance at healthy returns on the day as the stock ran from an early low of .025 to a new high of .071. That marked an intraday swing of 184% on a brain-melting 671X its three month average volume!

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BAC, SEAS Recaps & More

Options Recap

We continued our run of success with options plays on Friday– three of the four ideas we offered ended up turning in notable intraday performances.

Bank of America Corp. BAC

Our BAC selection was new on Friday morning. After we noticed a PR alluding to an increase of the company’s massive share buyback program, we highlighted one set of options contracts in particular, the BAC Weekly $13.50 Calls.

We witnessed those trade in an intraday range from .16-.37, which represented a move of 131% ultimately proving to be our biggest runner of the day.

__________

United Parcel Service, Inc. UPS

Our designation of UPS April 8th $104 Calls was one of a pair of ideas that we formulated on Thursday which would carry their success into Friday’s session as well.

Those contracts rose from a daily low of 1.50 and ended up hitting 2.03 for an intraday move of 35%, and a two-session swing of 332% over our observed low of .47 on Thursday.
__________

SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. SEAS

The other play from Thursday morning that we highlighted was the SEAS April 15th $18 Calls, and those too traded in similar fashion, putting up a nice intraday gain which also measured as a big increase from the prior session.

On Friday those contracts ran from 1.20-1.95, which marks a 63% intraday pop, and a total jump of  388% over Thursday’s low of .40.

__________

Our sincerest congratulations to all of our readers both old and new who have been following along with our regular options ideas. A vast majority of our picks in this arena in 2016 have been absolutely stellar, despite highly irregular and uncertain economic conditions.  As always, we’re going to be doing our best to continue this pattern of success indefinitely.

LegacyXChange, Inc. LEGX

On the stock side of things, we had LEGX in our watchlist on Friday, and it managed a respectable intraday move. From an early low of .0243 the stock achieved an afternoon high of .0379; that was good for intraday gains of up to 55%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom-Play Roundup & More

Last Week’s Bottom-Bouncers

We were tracking a couple of stocks and an ETF that we put on bottom-watch heading into the end of last week, and are happy to report that we’ve seen the beginnings of some nice rebounds on those fronts.

Direxion Daily Nat Gas Bull 3X ETF (GASL)
It started with the triple-leveraged natural gas bull fund, GASL, which we caught coming off of its 52-week lows and entered into the conversation on Thursday. At the time we would witness a PPS low of 4.88, and after a nice initial run that day, GASL would go on to register a high of 6.98 on Friday. That marked a timely call on our behalf which opened the door for overnight profits of up to 43%

___

LINN Energy, LLC (LINE) & Linn Co, LLC (LNCO)

We tagged this linked pair on Friday, noting that one is a publicly-traded wholly-owned sub of the other, and that the chart patterns were virtually identical. Traders could have latched on to either, and witnessed the reversal we called for on the charts.

The move for the parent, LINE, was recorded as a run from 2.73-3.83, a 40% intraday swing. The subsidiary, LNCO, ran 34% from 2.46 to 3.29. Both very respectable single-session moves.
____

We’ll continue to monitor all three of these plays for the possibility of continued uptrends as we kick things off this week. We’ll look for each one to register higher lows, building a higher base of support than we witnessed on Friday.

Pazoo, Inc. PZOO – Update

We re-tagged PZOO on Friday, pointing out the recovery that had been transpiring on the chart, and we were granted another nice opportunity by the stock. We watched as it ran from a daily low of .0059 and went as high as .0073

In the video chart we drew up for PZOO in that report we mentioned we wanted to see a break of the 50DMA (.0061) and we’ll look for the stock to maintain support at or above that level on any pullbacks. The next area of key resistance crops up at the 200DMA of .011.

The company had a conference call last week (>>>Read Transcript or >>>Listen to Call) which went over a vast array of important topics. We suggest taking the time to go over that; highlights included financial and share structure data, as well as information regarding all branches of the company’s rapidly expanding marijuana testing business.

The Medicines Co. MDCO

Setting off our abnormal volume scanner this morning was MDCO, which looks ready to fly with un-traded upon news regarding a cholesterol study hitting the wires on Sunday. The stock is up considerably in the premarket, so we’re going to formulate a potential quick-hitting options idea for intraday/intraweek flip opportunities- We’ll be looking for the possibility of dip-and-rips in the range of MDCO Weekly $38-41 Calls.
