Options Recaps, 4 Fresh Plays

Tuesday Review:

While we wouldn’t exactly call yesterday’s a session a rousing success, we did signal three sets of options ideas in yesterday morning’s premarket report.and all three did manage to register significant intraday upswings. They just weren’t all the major multibag runners that we’re always aiming for, and are very accustomed to finding on a routine basis. Still, it was a board sweep and some fairly good results, so we have no complaints.

Our daily offerings were the SPY 08/27 $560 Puts, the NVDA Weekly $125 Calls, and the TCOM 09/20 $45-50 Calls. These were the biggest runs they posted for Tuesday:

Monday’s Movers, 3 New Chances

Good Start to a Fresh Week:

We were pretty pleased with the level of performance from the trio of possible options targets that we highlighted in yesterday morning’s report. We’re all set to make a strong run into labor day weekend, and will take whatever the markets give us. Considering the fact that in the last 5 weeks, we have only missed on two daily picks, we like our chances of making a good showing.

Friday’s Big Gainers, 3 Fresh Plays

Close, But No Cigar:

Well, we NEARLY did what we set out to do on Friday, which was to seal our fourth straight week of nothing but successful daily options picks. We offered up four possibilities, and three of them delivered. Unfortunately our targets in the INTU chain were simply too deep in the money to trade volume by the time the opening bell rang. However, 19 days without a bad idea is still an absolutely incredible feat, and we’re very proud of it.

Our premarket report winners for the session were the SPY 08/23 $557-559 Calls, the WDAY Weekly $260-265 Calls, and the CAVA Weekly $108-110 Calls. The gains they produced more than made up for missing on a single idea:

SPY 08/23 $557-559 Calls
$557:
 1.47-5.61 (+282%)
$557.50: 1.20-5.16 (+330%)
$558: .95-4.69 (+394%)
$559: .58-3.56 (+514%)
_____

WDAY Weekly $260-265 Calls
$260: .20-1.16 (+480%)
$265: .20-.45 (+125%)
_____

CAVA Weekly $108-110 Calls

We stuck to the bearish side of the tracks on the targets we formulated for our premarket report yesterday. Monday’s Runners, 4 Fresh Targets

Solid Start to the Week:

We got things off to a fine start on Monday morning with the pair of plays listed in our premarket report both producing intraday gain opportunities. It was a light load in terms of big time earnings reporters on the calendar, but we made it happen all the same.

We had the EL Weekly $94-95 Calls, which fared reasonably well, and the SPY 08/19 $554-555 Calls, which went on an incredible multibag run on the day. Here’s how those performances shook out:

EL Weekly $94-95 Calls
$94:
 1.90-3.20 (+68%)
$95: 1.40-2.01 (+44%)
_____

SPY 08/19 $554-555 Calls

$554: 1.03-5.50 (+434%)
$555: .59-4.44 (+652%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
PANW Weekly $347.50-352.50 Calls
FUTU Weekly $62-63 Calls
TSLA Weekly $225-227.50 Calls
FN 09/20 $260-270 Calls

Alzamend. Inc. (NASDAQ:ALZN) – Recap:

We also wanted to briefly update on the run put up by ALZN, which we flagged in our extended watchlist. Due in part to the recent news of monkeypox outbreaks, this stock ran hard from a low of 5.72 on up to 15.06, which works out to an intraday pop of 136%
