Blue Horseshoe Stocks: RSH Coming Off 52-Week Lows

Radio Shack Corp. RSH

The last time RSH appeared in one of our reports was back in mid-May, and we’ve passively monitored the stock’s gradual consolidation over the few months since. On Tuesday, it registered an annual low of .55, and in each of the proceeding sessions, has maintained higher lows as the stock hints at a rebound.

Where a week ago we were looking at a steadily declining chart, we now appear to have one with several indicators turning in a favorable direction, and the price action is responding in kind.

What we want to see now, is a break of the 20DMA of .74 to really confirm that the stock is in recovery mode. We always like running across stocks coming off their 52-week lows, so we’re going to be monitoring the stock more heavily in coming sessions. The included snapshot below illustrates the indications of a ripening chart:

Med-Cannabis Pharma, Inc. MCPI

MCPI began to pull back yesterday after providing us with a good opportunity for gains this week. When all was said and done, we saw an overall increase of 55% from .355-.55, which is quite a respectable move.

In instances such as these, when profit-taking from a rapid move up creates a dip, we like to wait in the wings observing for a low point where we might collect cheap shares to ride into the next upswing.

We also want to keep an eye out for further updates on the three retail marijuana stores the company is setting up in the towns of Port Townsend, Port Hadlock, and Hood Canal, Washington.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BFLX, SKYF, OBJE & Extended Watchlist

Bioflamex Corp. BFLX

Over the weekend, we were conducting a search for some momentum plays to monitor this morning, and came across BLFX, a sub-penny stock which has just recently awakened from a relatively dormant period. These types of plays, while highly volatile, have definitely provided us with opportunities in the past.

After breaking a previous resistance level, the 200DMA (.0006), the stock held above that mark on Friday. A heavy influx of buying has come in over the past couple of trading days, and it closed out last week in full-on momo-mode.

Today, we’ll need to see BFLX maintain support above the 200DMA, and crack though the psychological barrier at .001 in order for us to remain interested in this play.

SKY440, Inc. SKYF

In the course of another of our routine weekend scans, we caught wind of another runner. SKYF has had significant momentum building up over the past couple of sessions, so this is going to be one that we want to keep on our watchlist as trading for the week commences.

As we point out on the chart below, all indicators are looking bullish and like the aforementioned play, SKYF is another one that we’ll need to see hold support above the .0006-level to hold our attention.

OBJ Enterprises, Inc. OBJE

We tagged OBJE as a bottom watch play on Friday, and like clockwork, the stock came down to find support at .04, and would subsequently bounce back to .0545, for a 36% positive intraday move.

Today, we’re looking for higher highs and higher lows out of OBJE to confirm a sustained uptrend.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ACGX Hits New High & Special Reminder

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. ACGX

Despite the fact that ACGX has been appearing continuously in our daily reports since we brought it to readers at a low of .0055 last Wednesday, April 16th,we’re fairly certain that no one is getting tired of hearing about it.
We certainly aren’t tired of reaping the rewards of what has been an extremely productive stock over the past few sessions. Prior to yesterday, we had seen the big 91% run from the low up to .0105 ( *Please excuse our error in yesterday’s report where we accidentally published .105 as the high), as well as some rapid swings and chances for dip-and-rip style plays that added up to a cumulative total of 59% on Thursday.
Yesterday, after coming down to trade at a low of .0091, ACGX ran 21% intraday, once again busting through the penny barrier and touching a new high for us, peaking at .011, an even 100% increase from the low of just three sessions ago.

Congratulations are again in order for anyone who has been following ACGX to substantial and repeated gains. The saving grace with this rare OTC gem is the fact that it boasts solid fundamentals, as your own personal due diligence will certainly confirm.

We’ll continue to keep everyone updated on this stock, which has turned into one of our most exciting and rewarding plays this year outside of the cannabis sector.

American Apparel, Inc. APP

We re-introduced APP to our reports on April 15th, as “more of a long-term watchlist item that we like to continuously monitor for opportunities over extended periods of time.”

The stock was trading sideways off of support at its bottom at the time, and has since begun to come up to fill the gaps that we pointed out on the chart that day.

APP is currently trading up 5% pre-market, at .56, and if it can fill the gap all the way to .58 and surpass it, the next key resistance point comes at .60.

So we just wanted to reiterate our interest in APP as it recovers off of its bottom and we head into the summer months, which serve as a precursor to the busy retail season.

SPECIAL REMINDER:

We’ve got another new pick coming tomorrow morning, so make sure to monitor your inbox pre-market, or stop by the Blue Horseshoe Stocks blog just prior to the opening bell so you don’t miss out!

OSLH, TTDZ, PSID, PLUG & Extended Watchlist

OSL Holdings Corp. OSLH

After putting OSLH on watch Monday morning, we saw the stock run hard, jumping 113% from .089 to .19.

Yesterday brought another chance for traders to score sizable intraday gains. The stock traded in a range from .135-.25, which represents a move of 85%

Currently there’s support sitting at .115 and .135, with resistance at .199 and .25. If it can break past .20 again, we think there’s a good chance of seeing OSLH retest the .25-level.

Positive ID Corp. PSID

We brought PSID back to our reports on February 18th on the heels of a major consolidation, and ended up being very pleased with the timing. We saw a low of .0572, and then, just seven sessions later, a subsequent price of .125. That was good for a 119% rip.

The stock then underwent a general consolidation while fortunately holding above the 200DMA, and after touching a low of .08 yesterday, we were able to witness another run, this time to .1095, tacking on an additional 37% to the total gains we’ve seen off of this stock in just a few weeks.

Triton Distribution, Inc. TTDZ

To refresh your memory on TTDZ, we caught this play at .0012 on January 30th, and would actually see it increase 1000% to .0132 over a period of just over three weeks!

After the consolidation that followed, TTDZ came down to bounce off of support at .0061 at the beginning of this week, and has made a nice turnaround, reaching back up to .0094 shortly before the closing bell yesterday.

Plug Power, Inc. PLUG

After pulling back off of its most recent run-up, PLUG reversed its position and began to climb once again on Wednesday.

We’re on the lookout for the effects of an earnings release out today which reflects “strong fourth quarter product sales and maintenance orders were received from significant customers such as Walmart, Kroger, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.”

We also wanted to let folks know that they can tune into PLUG’s conference call today at 10:00am Eastern to review fourth quarter results. You can listen in by calling 877.407.8291.

The webcast can also be accessed at www.plugpower.com, selecting the conference call link on the home page, or directly at http://www.media-server.com/m/p/ge6327sd.

Extended Watchlist:
APPY, BLDP, OXGN, CBMX, HSOL, RSH

AAPL, RFMK, PEIX, BIOF & Extended Watchlist

Apple, Inc. AAPL
Apple continued its pullback yesterday and bounced off of 623.55 (just above the 100DMA of 619.39), hitting a high of 640.49.

As you can see from the chart, that 100DMA has come into play quite a few times over the past six months. Those traders savvy enough to catch the dip into the 620’s could have been looking at some nice intraday profits. Thus far premarket, it looks like we may be seeing a gap-up this morning. It seems we were quite accurate in yesterday’s report: “Apple has been undergoing a selloff, and we want to observe carefully for a turnaround…..earnings are due later this month, and with this stock, there is always that tendency to run into earnings reports….”

We are currently monitoring October 20th $650 Calls. Yesterday they were as low as 5.10 before hitting a high of 9.40, and closing out the day at 7.70. You can see why we like to follow these intraday, as Tuesday could have been unbelievably profitable.

____

RFMK is another stock we’ve been watching for awhile that offered a opportunity on a dip to low of .0025, only to turn around and close strong at .0034 (HOD). The new support is at .0025, a level we need to ensure that the stock holds moving forward.

____

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. PEIX &

BioFuel Energy Corp. BIOF

Both of these ethanol plays have shown us nice gains in the past, and these two tend to trend together, being in the same sector. We felt the time was right to reintroduce these two stocks, as it seems more gains like we’ve seen in the past could be in store presently.
