Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ERBB, REAC & Extended Watchlist

Tranzbyte Corp ERBB

ERBB gapped up following its inclusion in our morning report yesterday, before dipping to .007. From that point, the stock gave us an opportunity at roughly a 30% intraday gain, running to .0091.

For those who may have missed yesterday’s report: You may be interested to learn that Tranzbyte’s Altitude Organix subsidiary has made the leap into medical marijuana vending machines which they have dubbed “The Green Machine”.

An excerpt from yesterday’s PR:

All interactions with “The Green Machine” are reported in real time to Altitude Organix central headquarters so that machines can be constantly monitored, refilled, or repaired when needed. Since all machines are wired into the Altitude Organix Network, video and data can be transferred to and from each unit along with instant price adjustments in addition to other proprietary capabilities.

Following the rollout of The Green Machine, the company plans to make available to users a free companion iPhone and Android program that will enable prospective users to operate equipped machines directly from their phones, with their only interaction being that they must reach down to pick up their chosen product in the machine’s delivery door.

Continues Mr. Gwyther, “Unless you’ve been away on another planet for the past several years, you couldn’t help but notice that the politics surrounding the use of cannabis-related products in the US for medical and adult use is shifting toward acceptance on the condition that the herb is regulated and taxed. For the first time since cannabis was outlawed in the early 1900s, a majority of Americans favor the legalization, regulation, and taxation of all marijuana products.”

Real Estate Contacts Inc. REAC

REAC, the momentum alert that we added to yesterday’s report, went on to perform nicely early in the day, running from a low .023 all the way up to .046. There was a chance at a 100% profit before the stock saw some heavy selling pressure later in the afternoon, as it pulled back significantly.

Such a consolidation seemed inevitable following the huge 2600% move from its low two weeks ago .017, but we were glad to catch the last gasp of quite a momentous run. Moving forward, we’d like to see support hold in the .013-.015 range, in order to remain bullish on this play.

FEGR, PNCH, JRRD, ELTP, AFTC, AEZS, ACAD

SKTO, EPAZ & Extended Watchlist

SK3 Group, Inc.  SKTO

SKTO has been on our radar for just under two weeks now. Despite being up a couple hundred percent already at that point, we had to put this on our radar the Tuesday before last, and we were duly rewarded for that as the stock continued to run like an absolute beast. In that short period of time, we saw a monstrous run from a low of .0023 all the way up to .0499. That marks an unbelievable chance at up to 2070% in gains in less than two weeks!

Anyone new to this play, despite a fairly good chance that Friday’s momentum could carry this stock even further today, should most likely be waiting for a pullback. After a mega-surge like we’ve seen so far, a course correction is an eventuality for which we must be prepared.

Those of you who were well-positioned after our alerts, may want to consider locking in profits on the way up, which is never a bad idea, especially with a stock that has increased in value twenty-fold at such a rapid pace.

___

Epazz, Inc. EPAZ

EPAZ provided us with a couple of chances for profit on Friday following our morning alert. It began by running from .0022-.003, marking a gain of 36% We then saw a dip back to  .0017 before closing strong at .0025 for an added 47% rip. We mentioned that we wanted to see support hold at the 10DMA of .0016, which it did.

PNCH, SKTO, PLUG & Extended Watchlist

IC Punch Media, Inc. PNCH

&

SK3 Group, Inc. SKTO

We first began talking about PNCH and SKTO last Tuesday, and have seen really good performances out of each stock since that time.

PNCH hit a high of .0149 before closing at .0142, up 42% on the day on over 2X the 3mo. average volume, and bringing our total gains on the stock thus far to 148%. BARCHART.COM is still giving PNCH a 72% Overall Buy Rating.

SKTO hit a high of .03 yesterday, an astonishing 1204% rip from last Wednesday’s low of .0023. We certainly hope that many of our readers took notice of our coverage, and were able to play SKTO for much of those gains.

___

Plug Power, Inc. PLUG

Yesterday we re-alerted a past play in PLUG. We were rewarded with a powerful session from the stock, as it managed to close at its high of day ( .2687), for a 24% gain on the day. We are seeing that momentum carry it into a morning gap-up, having already traded above .30 pre-market.

The next key resistance will come at the 50DMA of .33, and should we see a break past that level, there is a chance we could see this one trade up to the forty cent-range. The RSI is inclining, but has not yet reached the power zone, so we have reason to believe that the stock is not yet overbought.

Side Notes:

Alot of newsletters struggle to bring you one green play in a day. We’re not sure where else you can go to find several winners a day. Yesterday, three out of four of our selections made significant gains. The fourth, had already seen multi-bag gains this week following a prior alert.

We also want to remind everyone to keep an eye peeled for a special report we will be sending out following today’s closing bell. We have a promising opportunity in the form of a stock that we feel could close out the week with a bang. You won’t want to miss this special report.

Extended Watchlist:
FLPC, IDVC, RENU, SIRI, GEVO, PGSI

PAWS, PNCH, SKTO, PLUG & Extended Watchlist

PAWS Pet Company, Inc. PAWS

We brought you PAWS in yesterday’s extended watchlist. The stock opened at .0196, only to run 308%, trading as high as .08 on much greater-than-average volume. After pulling back to .023, we saw a bounce back to .04, another 74% move.

It is not that often that we see a stock pull in nearly 400% in total gains in a single trading session, so we are chalking up yesterday’s call of PAWS to a big win.

___

IC Punch Media, Inc. PNCH

PNCH, on Monday, saw its eighth straight day of gains. It opened up strong, breaking a penny in the first half-hour of trading. During lunchtime, the stock saw a drastic pullback to .0075 where it held firm support. PNCH then punched through to hit a new high of .0109 into the close.

We called for yesterday’s pullback, and stated that we wanted to see it hold support at .0065, which it did. We would, of course, like to see .0075 hold as support moving forward. We also saw a break past the 200DMA of .0102, a significant movement which could give rise to further bullish activity.

Total possible gains we’ve seen out of PNCH from .006 to .0109 stand at 82%

___

SK3 Group, Inc. SKTO

Much like the other medical marijuana plays that we’ve been tracking, we’ve seen STKO make really substantial gains. Having first appeared in our newsletter a week ago today, the stock was as low as .0023 following our alert. We observed a breakout yesterday, before notifying our followers via a midday update email, that the stock could achieve further gains.

SKTO would go on to close at its HOD of .016 with an immense amount of strength. That price marks up to 590% in gains for STKO in just the short time we have been covering the stock.
___

Plug Power, Inc. PLUG

Regarding PLUG, on February 15th, we stated:”PLUG is an energy play that went on an extreme backslide yesterday, tanking to .12 from the previous day’s close at .25. While remaining very cautious, there may be a bottom-bounce opportunity with PLUG, so we are presenting it as a potential recovery play.”

After reaching a low of .115 following our alerts, yesterday the stock hit a high of .24, making our bounce call good for gains of up to 108%

Extended Watchlist:

BYRG, PNCH, FSLR & Extended Watchlist

Buyer Group International, Inc. BYRG

BYRG is gold play that is currently getting a lot of overnight newsletter coverage, so we figured we’d slip in a mention, and put this stock on our watchlist for today. It appears the stock is trading near a relative bottom, and Friday’s volume was well above average.
New PR this morning:

AUSTIN, Texas, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Buyer Group International, Inc. (OTCPINK: BYRG) (“BYRG” or the “Company”) today announced that Rudolph M. Dahl has joined its team as a consultant focused on financing development of all aspects of BYRG projects on a domestic and international scale.

“We expect that Rudy will be of enormous benefit to Buyer Group in locating and financing international projects,” said Dave Bryant, BYRG’s CEO.  After a thorough examination of BYRG, Mr. Dahl added, “I am excited to be joining the BYRG team and assisting in project development.  The more you look at what is out there, the more you can see the potential.”

___

IC Punch Media, Inc. PNCH

We first mentioned PNCH on Tuesday, and it was followed by fours consecutive days of green closes for the stock. Following Tuesday’s mention the stock traded as low as .006, before reaching its high of .0092 on Friday, and closing at .009. This range marks the chance for gains of 50% or more.

BARCHART.COM is still calling PNCH a “72% Overall Buy” Rating, even after almost a week’s worth of increases.

After so many days of increases, it would not be out of the ordinary to see a pullback on PNCH this week. In that event, we would like to see support hold .0065.

___

First Solar, Inc. FSLR

FSLR is a big board energy play that we mentioned back on February 27th. The stock made a modest, yet solid 8% move in just two weeks, from a 25.50 low, up to Wednesday’s high at. 27.54. For a stock priced in this range, 8% is quite a good move in such a short time period.
