Interesting RETC Development & More

Dewmar International BMC, Inc. DEWM

We have been seeing a lot of OTC runners cropping up recently, with another hot play coming off of our extended watchlist yet again in yesterday’s report.

The stock traded nearly a billion and a half shares as it ran from a daily low of .0012 up as high as .0035. That represented an intraday rip of 192% and with that kind of spike in volume and volatility, we’ll certainly want to maintain a close watch over this breakout play.

12 Retech Corp. RETC – New Update

As we were mentioning yesterday morning, RETC is another big OTC runner that we’ve seen make moves of over 500% since 04/21.

Yesterday, per the following post on his Twitter page, George Sharp was awarded custodianship of the company. He has a reputation for exposing fraud and working with legitimate companies, and thus it may have intriguing ramifications for the direction and status of RETC moving forward.

The stock is gapping up to new highs this morning as well, so things continue to be quite interesting with RETC, and should remain so in the days and weeks ahead.

Another Green Rush for Marijuana Stocks?

Big Time Options Success Persists

The title of our report that we sent out on Friday morning was “Another Dream Week of Options Trading”, wherein we patted ourselves on the back for connecting on some serious options gainers every day of the week.

We would continue that trend with Friday’s fresh options ideas, offering up four separate ideas and hitting big on each and every one of them. Take a look at the incredible single session gains that were available to ourselves and anyone who caught our premarket report. Two of our options plays from Friday were high profile marijuana-related stocks, a sector that we have a high interest in, and in addition to logging massive gains on the options front, the stocks themselves also outperformed many others on on the day and into the premarket this morning.  TLRY has run from 8.45-14.36 while CGC increased from 21.90 to 27.25. Those moves made the following gains possible for our designated options targets:

CGC Weekly $21-21.50 Calls
$21: .92-4.00 (+335%)
$21.50: .70-3.40 (+386%)

$8: .44-4.00 (+809%)
$8.50: .31-3.50 (+1029%)

It appears we are witnessing a revitalization of the cannabis sector, which we have long been touting as a favorite market space of ours. Since the first Green Rush in 2012, we have been extremely interested in the marijuana industry and we could be on the verge of another big green wave of success! For that reason, we will dedicate our entire extended watchlist to cannabis plays today.

Fresh Options Ideas:
MCD Weekly $225-230 Calls
PLUG Weekly $18.50-20 Calls

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: TLRY, DCTH Updates & More

Tilray, Inc. TLRY – Update

We’ve been tracking TLRY since last Tuesday, and in that time not only has the stock made an incredible move, (87.50 to nearly $260 in premarket trading today: +165% ) but the options we signaled at the time, the TLRY 09/21 $91-93 Calls, have also made huge gains.

Here are the updated ranges on the options contracts, but please note that all of these will almost certainly be trading over $100 after TLRY’s eye popping premarket increases this morning:

$91 Calls – Range: 6.43-58.23 – Max Gain: 805%
$92 Calls – Range: 5.51-57.50 – Max Gain: 944%
$93 Calls – Range: 5.23-60.00 – Max Gain: 1047%

Because TLRY is a cannabis stock and is drawing a ton of attention to the space right now, and because we are heading into the hottest time of the year for cannabis stocks we are, as always, keeping a close eye on the pot sector.

Cronos Group, Inc. CRON is one other play from that space which has also showed some interesting trading activity. We began watching it a couple weeks ago, and despite some pullback, the stock regained all that ground and is currently testing resistance at 13.39. A break of that price should make things much more interesting for CRON.

Several other cannabis related plays to keep an eye on, but by no means an exhaustive list:

NXTTF, MYMMF, APHQF, RVVTF, TBPMF, SPRWF, INSY, AGTK, ACBFF, CANN, NGTF, MSRT, POTN, PNTV, CNBX, OWCP, GCAN

Delcath Systems, Inc. DCTH

We also want to swing back around for an update on another hot stock we recently signaled interest in, with DTCH. We slotted this play into our watchlist roughly three weeks ago on August 28th as the stock was trading as low as 1.76. It has since reached a new high of 5.60, which works out to an increase of 218%
_____

More Quick Updates: Both of the stocks we mentioned in yesterday’s report also set new highs. Here are those highs, along with the total possible gains that they’ve provided since our next most recent alerts on these plays:

New Age Beverage Holdings, Inc. NBEV
1.50-3.40 (+127%)

Aurora Cannabis, Inc. ACBFF
4.04-8.92 (+121%)

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Cannabis Reminder

CANNABIS REMINDER

We took full advantage of the recent earnings season with a ton of great options ideas, but things are cooling down on that front for the moment. To start off this week, we’ll put our ever-continuing options search on hold for today, to bring our readers an annual reminder.

Each year as the summer season begins to wind down, we like to pull together a sizable watchlist for the cannabis space. The Autumn season has traditionally been the legal and medical marijuana industries’ most active in terms of movement on charts. The pattern has repeated itself year after year, so with the market appearing relatively quiet at the moment, now is a good time to reassert our interest in cannabis sector stocks for the coming of the fall rush.

The following is not an exhaustive list, merely a few old favorites, but we ensourage our readers to seek out and monitor any stock that is related to the field:

AGTK, ACBFF, CANN, NGTF, MSRT, POTN, PNTV, CNBX, OWCP

Avalon Holdings Corp. AWX

We’d also like to quickly share the performance of AWX following its inclusion in our premarket watchlist on Friday. Early on in the session, the stock ran from a low of 4.52, and went on to hit 6.79, which works out to a respectable intraday pop of 50%  That was sufficient to register as the NASDAQ’s #2 mover on the day.

Fresh Options Ideas:
Energen Corp. EGN 09/21 $75 $ 77.50 Calls
Neilsen Holdings plc NLSN 09/21 $25-27 Calls

Extended Watchlist:
GST, AKER, SYY, DPW, IZEA

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: HAS Recap, Green Rush 2.0

Hasbro, Inc. HAS – Options Idea

Yesterday, after noticing the recording of new 6-month lows on HAS the day prior, coupled with a premarket earnings beat, we signaled a range of options ideas in our report.

Our targeted contracts were the HAS Weekly $79-81 Calls, with the stipulation that if the stock broke the $81-mark, that we’d correspondingly roll up our strike price a level. Based on the activity in HAS, there was literally no wrong answer, as all of the contracts mentioned provided us with a shot at excellent single-session gains.

$79 Calls – Range: 1.50-6.63 – Max Gain: 342%
$79.50 Calls – Range: 1.10-2.92 – Max Gain: 165%
$80 Calls – Range: .83-5.79 – Max Gain: 597%
$80.50 Calls – Range: .62-2.20 – Max Gain: 255%
$81 Calls – Range: .50-5.13 – Max Gain: 926%
$82 Calls – Range:  .24-1.25 – Max Gain: 421%

Fresh Options Idea:

With NFLX beating on earnings yesterday post-market, we’ll signal a range of contracts to watch there as well. We’re particularly interested in tracking the NFLX Weekly $117-120 Calls.

The Start of Green Rush 2.0?

A couple of years ago, when marijuana stocks first began to emerge, and the march toward legalization in many places began, we termed it a ‘Green Rush’. It was a historical few months of exponential gains for anything even remotely tied to the cannabis space.

We’ve never stopped monitoring the sector, which, compared to practically any other, is still in its infancy. Recently, we’ve been reminding our readers to keep a keen eye as well, for if all things remain equal, it’s likely that California will become a recreational marijuana state in just a few week’s time. California is the most populous state in the country, and the proposed bill is more comprehensive than anything we’ve seen in the other states where prohibition laws have been scrapped. The ripple effect from the world’s sixth largest economy legalizing marijuana and its by-products will be significant indeed.

In fact, the effect of the anticipation is already kicking the tires on what could very well be Green Rush 2.0. Out of the top 14 traded stocks on yesterday’s scanner (pictured below) all but one have some link to the pot sector. Every last one of them are stocks that we’ve talked about in the past, and all of them (and more) will be high up on our working watchlist over the next several weeks.

We warned our readers of the first Green Rush before it kicked into full swing back in 2014, and we’ve been doing our best to do the same thing in advance of the forthcoming California vote on Prop 64, which should ultimately prove to be a real game-changer.

The symbols pictured above will also serve as today’s Extended Watchlist, in addition to FLDM, a declining stock that we want to put on bottom watch.
