Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Wrapping Up Another Great Week

Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. BCCI

We first placed BCCI on our tracking list on Tuesday in our premarket report (and every day since), and the stock has gone on to make bullish moves all week. From our observed low of .009 on Tuesday, it took BCCI just three sessions to register an enormous swing to upside.

Yesterday the stock reached as high as .0279  which marked an intraweek increase of  210% and it did so on near-record volume, trading more than five-and-a-half times its 3-month average.

USA Restaurant Funding, Inc. USAR

USAR is another stock we’ve been tracking over multiple sessions this week. We entered it into the mix on Wednesday morning, at which time we witnessed lows of .0015 followed by a 93% run to .0029. We continued to track it into yesterday’s session whereupon the stock pressed from .0026 to a new high of .005 (+92% intraday) before falling back to the .002-range.

Two consecutive days with moves of better than 90% is nothing tio sneeze at; the overall range we observed in USAR in just a pair of trading days amounted to 233%

Fresh Options Ideas

We had tremendous success last Friday with sets of inversely-correlated options plays, so much so that we’ll try to do it again today. The VXX and the SPY have a tendency to mirror each other in reverse; we’ll use that fact to formulate a group of ideas that we feel have good potential based on this morning’s premarket activity.

The VXX Is gapping up over 4%, trending above both the 50DMA (19.75) and the 200DMA (21.08), and the set of options we’re going to be monitoring as a result are the VXX $20-22 Calls. Conversely, we’ll also track the SPY $206-203 Puts.

Notice the line we’ve drawn on the following VXX chart snapshot; the $22-mark has been acting as a key resistance area in recent months. A break past that figure could spell significant advances from this juncture. In the event that occurs, we may need to look at rolling up our strike prices accordingly.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Review of Friday’s Half-Session & More

Repros Therapeutics, Inc. RPRX

We’re looking at RPRX as a potential momentum-play this morning. After drastically falling off of a precipice at the end of last month, the stock spent several weeks stepping its way down to a new 52-week low. However, in the few sessions since that time RPRX has been making a nice rebound that warrants our putting this play on watch today.

As you can see on the included chart there are a number of bullish signals in effect. There’s also a good bit of real estate between the current PPS and the next area of resistance on the chart, thanks to the stock’s big decline in October. A return to levels prior to that point would mean gains approaching the 100%-mark from here, so we’ll reserve a space on our watchlist for RPRX.

Pleasant Kids, Inc. PLKD  – Options

Since our first mention of this stock back on October 13th, we’ve witnessed one heck of a run from PLKD, with very few setbacks along the way.

We’ve showed the epic move the stock has made using a trendline on the following chart, running from our observed low of .0581 all the way up to the new high registered on Friday. at .279. That’s a mammoth 380% swing, and with the way things have been going for PLKD of late, it would be a mistake for us to let it slip off of our radars at this point.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. BONT

BONT has proved itself to be an immensely successful bottom-call for us over the past week. We re-introduced this past winner on Monday morning, upon which time we would witness the stock trading at a low of 1.25. It proceeded to record four consecutive sessions of higher highs and higher lows throughout last week, just as we’d hoped to see.

BONT’s fantastic recovery carried it to a new high of 2.83 on Friday, which represented an intraweek increase of 126%, congratulations to anyone who made a play on BONT during the short week!

HydroPhi Technologies, Inc. HPTG We’d also like to comment on HPTG, which made an appearance in Friday’s premarket report and ended the short week with a long intraday run from .0027 to .005. It worked out to a 85% spike, and despite being just a half-day, the stock made that move on heavier-than-average volume.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Wrapping Up an Awesome Short Week

Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. MHRC

We really couldn’t have laid things out more plainly on Wednesday morning with respect to MHRC. We mentioned that we’d followed the stock all the way from our initial alert on 11/16 from a low of .021 to Tuesday’s high of .074 for a total increase of 252%

We then made it a point to remind our readers that there were still gaps to the upside to fill on the chart, which created the real possibility for further gains. The first gap we identified was from .08-.15 and sure enough, MHRC rose to meet the challenge, nearly filling that gap in its entirety.

The stock began from a morning low of .065 and reached as high as .146, which worked out to an intraday move of 125% and brought our overall observed range (.021-.146) to a mammoth 595%

We still need to keep a close eye on MHRC moving forward. The stock closed with strength at .137 on heavy volume, retaining its momentum-play status.

AgriEuro Corp. EURI

EURI was another momentum mover that up until Wednesday’s report had already shown us a 400% swing to the upside, and it too made a sizable intraday run leading into the holiday break.

The stock traded in a daily range from 1.15 to 1.69 giving traders a shot at modest yet solid intraday profits of 47%

We may look to cut-and-run from this point, as EURI has just been relegated to Caveat Emptor status by OTC Markets.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. BONT

We’ve had success tracking BONT in the past, and this week has been a case of history repeating. We executed a textbook bottom bounce call on BONT, tagging it on Monday before observing a low of 1.25, and both Tuesday and Wednesday’s sessions produced bigtime advances of the chart.

It led to a high of 2.49 Wednesday, (+99%) leaving us just one percent shy of a perfect double-bagger on the week.

Pfizer, Inc. PFE – Options

Despite the recent uproar of excellent calls on various stocks, we didn’t want to break for the holiday without submitting a quick options-trading idea, and the one we identified was PFE Weekly $31-32.50 Calls, based on the premarket activity we were observing Wednesday morning.

Significant intraday spikes occurred in each set of contracts within that range, including a pair of four-baggers!

$31 Calls – Trading Range: 1.13-1.92  – Max Gain: 70%
$31.50 Calls – Trading Range: .62-1.60  – Max Gain: 158%
$32 Calls – Trading Range: .24-1.20 – Max Gain: 400%
$32.50 Calls – Trading Range: .13-.66 – Max Gain: 408%

If the bullish activity continues along a similar trend during today’s short session, we may look for quick-strike opportunities in a higher strike range. We’ll radar the PFE Weekly $32-33.50 Calls, but just remember that trading ceases at 1PM Eastern today, at which time all weekly options will expire!

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: News Play, MHRC Recap & More

Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. MHRC
In yesterday’s premarket publication, we went over several momentum plays that have been very good to us in recent sessions, and among those was MHRC. We tagged this one last Monday (11/16)just a couple of sessions after it registered a new annual low.

From there the stock has built one heck of a recovery, and after a bangup intraday performance yesterday, it managed to press to new highs yet again. The intraday move on MHRC was from a low of .037 to .074, which comes out to an even 100%, and that high represents a total increase of 252% over our observed low of .021.

As we pointed out in a previous mention of this stock, there are a couple of gaps on the chart, the filling of which would mean more big moves to the upside. They sit at .08-.15, and beyond that, from .19-.26. The filling of the first gap would spell the chance for yet another double-bagger, so we’ll be sure to leave this play on our radar.

AgriEuro Corp. EURI

Speaking of momentum movers, we want to take this opportunity to recap the performance of another stock that we tagged for observation in our report on Monday the 16th. On that day, we caught the stock at a low of .381, and it has been smooth sailing ever since. EURI has recorded higher highs and higher lows every single day, culminating in an impressive new high of 2.00 yesterday.

That incredible move works out to total possible gains of up to 425% for anyone who caught our initial alert just seven sessions ago. Cheers to those who took advantage!

First Choice Heathcare Solutions, Inc. FCHS

Catching our eye toward the end of the day yesterday was FCHS. The stock made a nice intraday move from .73 and ran into the close at .98 on heavy volume.

That action alone would generally be enough for us to place a stock on watch for a possible continuation of momentum, but the company sweetened the pot even further with a post-market reveal of some promising guidance through 2016.

FCHS figures to be a stock that we track over an extended period, so now is the time to familiarize ourselves with its characteristics. To that end, we recorded a video of the chart this morning to point out some of the technical highlights, and would suggest our readers take a few minutes to check it out:

( Please Note: In the video, Stock Sumo gives the former company name, “Medical Billing Assistance Inc.” as it is still listed this way on StockCharts.com. First Choice Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is the correct and current billing.)

Pfizer, Inc. PFE Options Idea

We’ve noticed that PFE is rebounding off of a recent relative low on the chart, and this morning the stock is gapping up considerably in defiance of a less-than-ideal PR alluding to disappointing top-line results from late-stage studies of the drug Lyrica. We’re going to monitor a quick options idea to correspond with this activity, specifically, the PFE Weekly $31-32.50 Calls.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: NGEY Report, Friday’s Winners & More

New Global Energy, Inc. NGEY

Our first order of business this morning before we break down the awesome session we had on Friday, is to place a stock that has recently come to our attention on extended-term watch. NGEY is a play that interests us on multiple levels, not least of which being the potential of the sustainable businesses that the company currently has in operation.

So before we take a look at the technical side of the stock, we want to focus on a couple of the exciting projects that the company has in the works.

Agriculture – Moringa Farming

Many of our readers may already be familiar with Moringa oleifera, also known as the horseradish tree, which has been used for many purposes around the world for thousands of years. Recently it has gained renewed attention as a potential ‘superfood’, and a uniquely viable crop. The plant stands out for a number of reasons; firstly, every single part of the Moringa can be used or processed into something useful. From the roots and bark, down to the leaves and seeds, the moringa is generous in providing a wide range of marketable products.

In addition to the dozens of acres of Moringa trees that NGEY has already planted on its farms in California, the company has dozens more acres of property in Costa Rica which are also slated to be used for Moringa cultivation. When all is said and done, the company expects upwards of $15M or more in annual revenue from its Moringa farms alone. As we said, every tree provides several by-products, including extremely valuable Moringa seed oil.

It also provides a key ingredient in the company’s proprietary fish feed formula that it uses in its other primary business:

Aquaculture -Tilapia Farming

Aqua Farming Tech is NGEY‘s aquaculture division, and the methodology they’ve developed for sustainable, energy efficient, high-yield aquaculture is inspiring. We’d highly suggest going to newglobalenergy.net top view the video message from CEO Perry West. It details the operations of Aqua Farming Tech’s fish farm in Coachella Valley, CA (pictured above), and really got us excited about the potential of this aspect of NGEY‘s business.

They recently initiated the spawning season for this year’s crop of Tilapia, which they expect to be a record-setting number. Unlike traditional fish farms, whose yield is in the range of around 1500 fish per acre, NGEY‘s refined methods have allowed for the production of up to 30,000 fish per acre. Again, we urge you to visit newglobalenergy.net to view that informative video.

Friday’s Winning Picks

We had an absolute bang-up session on Friday, with many of the plays we signaled in our premarket report turning in highly respectable performances. We were able to identify winners from both the stocks and options arenas:

Weight Watchers International. Inc. WTW – We highlighted a range of contracts in the WTW chain that stood to make some tidy gains, and as we’ve done many times in recent weeks and months, every single set in our observed range (11/20 $18-20 Calls) offered up the chance at huge single-session profits!

$18 Calls – Daily Range: 2.60-5.40 – Max Gain: 108%
$19 Calls – Daily Range: 1.60-4.54 – Max Gain: 184%
$20 Calls – Daily Range:  1.20-3.70 – Max Gain: 208%

WTW is gapping up even further in the premarket today to the tune of $26, so in addition to further advances for these contracts (which still have plenty of time until expiration), we’ll also look to roll up our strike prices to correspond with the current PPS. We’ll look to the $23-26 Calls for what could be the heaviest action.

Any way you look at it, WTW, a stock that we caught at a low of 10.76 just a few weeks ago, has been a great play for us this fall! It should continue to provide us with quality daytrading opportunities.

______

Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. LEXG – Speaking of great calls, we tagged LEXG for observation in our premarket report on Friday, and sincerely hope that folks caught on. The stock started out from a morning low of .1125, and went on a massive run into the afternoon, spiking to a high of .27! That registered as an intraday pop of 140% Cheers to anyone who reaped the rewards of that timely alert!

______

Viropro, Inc. VPRO – VPRO was another mention from Friday that not only made a respectable move, but is building a nice little chart for itself. We have a number of indicators which suggest VPRO could be due for further increases, as we point out on the chart below. Cracking through previous resistance at .008 would sound the blue sky breakout alarm!

Marathon Group Corp. PDPR

PDPR is another successful subpenny play that we enjoyed toward the end of last week. We placed it on watch in Thursday morning’s report, and witnessed a low of .0018, and Friday it streaked to a high of .0045, marking a two-day swing of 150%
