Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ACGX, NEWL & Extended Watchlist

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. ACGX

The last time we looked in on ACGX was on May 15th, and the stock had just run into some resistance in the .006 area for the second time in as many weeks. Since then, we’ve been monitoring for a break of that key level on the chart, and it finally occurred yesterday during quite a fruitful session.

ACGX made a respectable intraday move from .0046 to .0064 on greater-than-average volume, giving traders the chance at rapid profits of up to 39%

The stock closed out the day having held the majority of its gains (.0058) so, as we go forward, we’d like to see it once again overtake the .006-level and hold support at or above that mark.

We haven’t had any updates from the company since it reported record revenues early this month, so we’re going to be watching the press wires closely. Alliance seems to make a habit of keeping its shareholders apprised of current events with regularity, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see an update come down the pipe in the relatively near future.

Recent Press:

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (ACGX) Announces That It Will Be the Official Printing and Packaging Sponsor Along With Being a Presenter for the 1st Annual Cannabis Investor Conference in Denver, Colorado (Wed, Apr 30)

NewLead Holdings Ltd. NEWL

We’re glad that we re-mentioned NEWL in yesterday’s report despite the fact that it was already in the midst of a major run, because the stock kept on pushing its upper limits, running from a daily low of 2.40 all the way up to 3.81 marking an intraday move of 59%

This morning it appears as if NEWL wants to continue pushing the envelope, as it has reached as high as 4.20 in pre-market trading. That represents an overall move of 986% from the low of .3867 we observed just four sessions ago.

Granted the fact that we originally placed it on bottom-watch on May 9th, NEWL is definitely making its case for becoming one of our best bottom-plays of the year.

This morning’s pre-market high of 4.20 will be the area of resistance we’d like to see broken during today’s session.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: INCC Update, AAPL, NEWL & Extended Watchlist

International Consolidated Companies, Inc. INCC

Our anticipation of a possible dip-and-rip scenario on INCC yesterday proved to be warranted, and the stock actually provided us with a number of intraday swings.

To start the day off, the stock made two significant moves, each time running 25% from .0032-.004. Toward midday we witnessed another dip to .003, and a subsequent rip on up to .0039, adding another 30% in potential gains. Finally, we saw one last swing from .0033-.0039, an 18% move, which brought our possible gains for the session to a cumulative total of 98%

INCC put in quite a good performance for a first day alert, and we’ll monitoring this one as the week progresses for the same type of volatility that offered us those chances to profit on Monday.

Apple, Inc. AAPL

Last Wednesday, we commented on the Apple-Beats rumor, as well as speculating that AAPL could be in for a run-up, and that has certainly come to pass. Our call of 604.40 as a pivot point proved accurate, as we stated that a break of that level had the potential to give way to more significant gains.

That brings us up to yesterday’s session, where AAPL went on to set a new 52-week high at 607.33. We expect AAPL Calls to continue to do well in the midst of this uptrend, and as our regular rteaders are aware, we’ve made astonishing gains from the AAPL Options Chain in the past.

NewLead Holdings Ltd. NEWL

Sometimes in the course of attempting to track to biggest potential gainers, we find that it can take several sessions for a pick to mature. Such was the case with NEWL, as we showed up slightly early to the party. The most important thing, however, was that we showed up.

We began tracking NEWL for a bottom a couple of Fridays ago, and while we were attempting to sniff out a low, the company announced a significant 1-for-50 reverse split. As the stock attempts to normalize following that major development, we are seeing a massive surge in both PPS and volume.

We will definitely be tracking NEWL more closely following this cleaning up of the share structure, as well as other developments that have been recently announced.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: INCC, SHMN & More

International Consolidated Companies, Inc. INCC

To start  things off this morning we’re going to talk about INCC, a stock that popped up on one of our recent scans. It rose from the dead a couple of weeks ago, and has made a huge move from triple-zero territory into the .003’s pushing to new highs and putting us on alert.

When we see a stock in this position, we start to think about the potential for dip-and-rip opportunities. We’ll monitor the activity from here, waiting for the inevitable pullback, which will put us in vulture-mode. When we witness the bottom, that’s the time to swoop in, and make a quick play on the bounce.

SOHM, Inc. SHMN

This morning’s scan yielded a potential opportunity with SHMN. We like the look of this play for a few reasons. Firstly, the stock is coming off of a relative bottom, so we like the current price range here in the .002’s.

We also noticed the SHMN share structure, with just under 90M in the float, which is notably tight for a stock trading in this range.

The company also recently announced increased revenues, to the tune of a 65% increase last year.

All of these aspects of SHMN give us cause to place this stock on watch as we kick off another trading week.

Bllue Horseshoe Stocks: JCP, RNBI & More

JC Penney Co., Inc. JCP

To kick off the week, we placed JCP on watch via Monday’s Extended Watchlist, so let’s finish things off by taking a look at what happened this week. We saw a consolidation down to 8.18 before the earnings release hit the wires yesterday, after which time the stock began to soar.

Already in pre-market trading today the stock has bounced back to hit a high of 10.15, so we’ll be anxious to see what can happen if the stock can break past this mark which also coincides with a recent swing high in November/December.

The 8-K filed contained both increased quarterly figures as well as guidance for 2014, and things seem to be headed in a positive direction overall, so we’ll continue to monitor JCP over the foreseeable future.

Rainbow International Corp. RNBI

Noticing a sizable increase in volume in RNBI during a routine scan on Wednesday prompted us to put it on yesterday morning’s watchlist, and it turned out to be a beneficial decision. We would see the stock spike from a low of .18 running to .24, giving traders a chance to bank up to 33% intraday.

A stock that was trading by appointment only prior to its big rise in volume this week, gaining this much ground on the chart demands the highest level of caution for those who’ve yet to exit their position.

Added Side Note:

We just want to take a minute to address a cautionary statement by influential hedge fund manager David Tepper yesterday, regarding his overall sentiments toward current market conditions. His warning to traders to avoid going too long at the moment, sent ripples through the investment community, and the overall markets saw a pullback (leading to a spike in the VIX/VXX).

Occurrences such as this can be used to profit no matter which way things go; depending on how the public reaction is going to play out, we will be looking to adjust our strategy by trading options on either the SPY, in the event that things turn back to the bullish side rather quickly, or the VIX, should we see a sustained downturn.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ACGX, SKYF & Extended Watchlist

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. ACGX

We’re looking to ACGX once again this week- If you recall, back in April this stock brought us chances for significant gains as it ran 100% from .0055 up to .011.

We followed up early this month where we put the a stock on bottom-watch. Since then, it has consolidated down to find that solid support we were looking for at .0035 and has begun to rebound.

Yesterday ACGX cracked back above its 50DMA at .005, and that’s where we’d like to see support hold from here. There’s some key resistance coming up in the .007-.008 range; if ACGX can make a move back to pennyland, it will spell gains of 65% or more, so we definitely want to continue monitoring this play in upcoming sessions.

We’ve prepared a short video presentation of the chart, click below and take a look:

SKY440, Inc. SKYF

Congratulations are in order for anyone following along with our call of SKYF earlier in the week. After making a 100% intraday run from .0012 to .0024 following our initial alert, the stock came back to bounce off of support at .001 yesterday morning. It subsequently ran back to .0018, tacking on another 80% to the gains we’d already observed.

One of the things we’re not crazy about with SKYF is the Caveat Emptor status designated to it over at OTCMarkets.com. We’d like to see that info get updated, although there has been no indication that the process is underway.

In the meantime, chart-wise, key resistance in the .0022-.0024 range must be broken, or we’ll consider taking profits off of the table and moving on. Additionally, support will need to continue to hold at or above .001 to keep SKYF an item of interest.
