We have a possible momentum mover today in the form of URRE. This uranium play caught our attention, as it has been on quite a rip over the past few sessions, trading in the 2.40′s last Monday to Friday’s high of 4.31.
The chart, while having just posted major gains, still appears ripe with the RSI punching into the powerzone, as well as impending golden crosses as both the 20 and 50DMA’s are rising toward the 200DMA.
Even in the event of these rapid gains leading to a pullback, we are going to want to stay aware of the possibility of resultant bounces which could be used to our advantage.
