CNCT, MCET, & Extended Watchlist

Options Trading
We just wanted to give ourselves a pat on the back for Friday’s mention of the SPY 151.00 Calls. After observing a pre-market gap-up, we saw a consolidation in the first few hours of trading, which provided an entry opportunity in the .20-range. In the afternoon, the markets surged, bringing in heavy buy-side volume during power hour, sending the SPY to new daily highs into the close. The 151.00 Calls then closed at their high of day at .82. Possible gains of 300-400% were ripe for the taking, so we couldn’t resist pointing out another job well done on our part.

We will continue to monitor the SPY this week. With the momentum experienced into Fridays close, we’re looking for another possible gap-up this morning followed by a pullback and possible bounce.

___

China Teletech Holding, Inc. CNCT

Speaking of good calls, CNCT was caught on our pre-market volume scanner on Wednesday, and included in our extended watchlist as a result. It opened at a penny, only to rocket as high as the .47-range, before pulling way back to close at .081. On Thursday it went from .097-.194. Then again on Friday it ran it went from .17-.29, closing at .284.

This stock turned out to be one of the top performers on the OTC Markets last week, and a shining example of why we always stress the importance of monitoring all of our interests, even those that just appear in the extended watchlist. The EW, as we call it around the office, has yielded so many big gainers in the past, we can’t even begin to count them all.

___

MultiCell Technologies, Inc. MCET

MCET is another Extended Watchlist star that we caught for the first time publicly on Friday, though we have silently had it on our radar for weeks. We were waiting for just the right time to mention it, and Friday’s timing could not have been any better. The stock opened at .0035, dipped to a low of .0034, and closed out the session at its high of day (.0056), a gain of 70% on the day.

Extended Watchlist:
SNDY, ZNGA, JAG, NOK, PMCM (Big Promotion)

AXCG, NOK & Extended Watchlist

Eyes on the Go, Inc. AXCG

AXCG appeared on our extended watchlist on Jan.4th, being as low as .0006 at the time. Yesterday, the stock broke out to a new high since we’ve been paying attention, at .0012, yielding up to 100% in gains for sharp traders. We’d like to see the price establish itself a higher baseline, and have .0009 hold as a future level of support.

We like the increase in volume observed yesterday. Should resistance be broken at .0012, the next patch doesn’t come until we hit the 50DMA of .0017, so we definitely want to continue to watch AXCG.

___

Nokia Corp. NOK

After having a big pullback yesterday to a low of 3.67, our old favorite, Nokia, has jumped back on a positive earnings release  to trade up to the 4.60’s pre-market. We’ve been talking about this stock since back in July, after watching it come off of its 52-wk low under 2.00. The day of our initial alert, we saw a low of 1.91. From that point to the high just reached at 4.64, marks a increase of 143%

With demand for mobile devices growing exponentially and no end in sight, it is all but a certainty that established names like Nokia will continue to find success.

BMSN, AMBS, AAPL & Extended Watchlist

BMSN has been like a rocket lately, blasting off since we first alerted the stock back on December 26th.We have seen five consecutive days of gains, with Monday’s action breaking a previous resistance point of .0021 and reaching a high of ,0024, before closing at .0016.Considering the momentum we witnessed over the past five sessions, we are expecting to see a pullback at some point. In such an event, we’d like to see the support hold off of the 50DMA of .001.

Our next key level of resistance is going to be at .0024. If it can get past that, the next level is .003, and .004 (200DMA).

___

Amarantus Bioscience, Inc. AMBS

We first began talking about AMBS on November 6th. Another one on a serious uptrend; in the past 14 days of trading, the stock has seen just two days of closing in the red.

AMBS will be co-hosting an international symposium , the #C4CT Concussion Awareness Conference, “with the purpose of bringing thought leaders in the field of Traumatic Brain Injury (“TBI”) drug and diagnostic research & development, professional athletes, former professional athletes and celebrity sports figureheads that share the Company’s, TCMG’s and Brewer’s desire to support research into new TBI treatments, sports leagues who have social and fiduciary responsibilities to improve player safety and caring for former players previously affected by TBI and cognitive disorders, as well as other key stakeholders in the ongoing social discussion regarding head injuries and their side effects.”

BARCHART.COM currently has AMBS rated a “100% Buy”

We had stated before that we were looking for a break past .13, and that it would bring us into bluesky breakout mode, and now that it has done so, we’re going to hold onto our hats, because there’s no telling where it could stop. We’d like to see .13 hold as the new base level of support.

___

Apple, Inc. AAPL

AAPL was as low as 510.24 on Dec. 21st, and dipping as low as 504.66 on December 27th. With all of the hype coming from “fiscal cliff” negotiations, Monday’s big rally (closed at 532.1729) has the stock trading close to 550.00 premarket today.

KWBT, OGNG, NOK & Extended Watchlist

Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corp. KWBT

This morning we’d like to talk about Kiwa Bio-Tech in the wake of a press release that hit the wires yesterday, causing quite a stir among traders. The stock has only recently awoken from a slumber at the end of November, and the company has since provided two updates that include yesterday’s news announcing that the share structure would remain unchanged per a vote at the annual shareholders meeting.

BEIJING and CLAREMONT, Calif., Dec 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) — Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCBB:KWBT) held its annual meeting Friday in Beijing. Over 67.1% of the total number of shares outstanding were represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting.

Mr. Wei Li, Mr. Xucheng Hu, Mr. Lianjun Luo and Prof. Qi Wang, as the four individuals receiving the greatest number of votes, were elected to the Board of Directors. Each of them was elected as a director to serve for the term expiring on the date of the Company’s 2013 annual meeting and until his or her respective successor is duly elected and qualified.

Paritz & Company, P.A. was appointed to act as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.

The proposal to increase the number of authorized shares to 800,000,000 from 400,000,000 failed to receive a majority of votes in favor and therefore was not approved.

___

Bravo Enterprises Ltd. OGNG

Recently OGNG woke up and ran from the .01-.02 range all the way up to .115, and has since been inching up, maintaining higher highs and higher lows. Earlier this year, OGNG ran as high as 1.30, from .03, and later made a rip from .04-.25. Looking at those runs allows us to identify previous resistance points, and based on occurrences of high volume of the past, we see that it is capable of making big swings. A break of the resistance at .25 could really catapult OGNG into another huge run, so we have this stock on watch.

____

Nokia Corp. NOK

We have included NOK on our extended watchlists through much of 2012, starting in July, at which time it was trading under two dollars (1.91). On Monday the stock broke the 4.00-mark, hitting a high of 4.27 yesterday. 1.91 to 4.27 marks a total possible gain of 124%

Extended Watchlist:
AZFL, BOSC, SVEN, SCXN, SNTL, SWHC, F

MWIP, SCXN, & Extended Watchlist

MediSwipe, Inc. MWIP

MWIP closed at its high of day on Friday of a penny on record volume since Sept. ’11. High volume at heightened prices is often a signal that new investors are accumulating the stock, churning out the flippers and profit takers from lower levels.

It’s always a good idea to lock in profits when we have the chance to do so, and we certainly have given everyone that chance, with yesterday’s high representing a 317% rise from the low since we began talking about MWIP.

As stated in Friday’s report, the next key resistance point is going to come at .0125. With the way MWIP closed on Friday, we wouldn’t be surprised to see a continuation of momentum into today’s session.

Typically a gap up is followed by some profit taking, so we’d really like to see support hold at a penny, in the event it dips back to fill that gap.

___

Scout Exploration, Inc. SCXN

SCXN is new to our reports today. In October, this stock was as low as a nickel, and it caught our attention on Friday after hitting a new 52-wk of .39, trading record volume in the process, to tune of more than 6X it’s 3mo. average.

Scout Exploration has a really interesting backstory- The company has been developing an ‘Oil-Spill Response System’ for the better part of 5 years now. In a nutshell, it has developed a line of unmanned first-response vessels that can be deployed via aircraft, as opposed to traditional implements which are deposited at the spill site by sea. In effect, it is their aim to greatly decrease response time of spill remediation. Faster response times could make a world of difference in dealing with the type of accident that spreads and worsens every minute it goes un-contained.

That’s why we are interested in watching SCXN move forward with this great idea, because it serves a real need. After seeing the kind of devastation caused in the Gulf of Mexico from the recent BP catastrophe and the mishandling of the clean-up, we think it’s about time that someone developed a faster, better way of facilitating rapid and effective action when the unthinkable occurs. SCXN is in the process of doing just that, and we’ll be watching with fingers crossed, because their success would mean something of great significance, not just for the stock but for the world at large.
