Blue Horseshoe Stock: TPLM Recap & More

Triangle Petroleum Corp. TPLM

The first thing we want to do this morning is congratulate ourselves for our timely call of TPLM in yesterday’s extended watchlist, as well as any of our readers who were able to take advantage.

The timing was indeed impeccable; Wednesday’s bullish session brought the stock comparatively modest gains compared to what was on the table yesterday. TPLM traded up from an early morning low of .35 and reached .63, for a highly respectable intraday run of 80%

The move occurred on volume which exceeded the monthly average by more than seven times, and the stock managed to close just a shade under its high-of-day at .615, qualifying it for continued observation as a potential momentum play. We’ll look for higher highs and higher lows as have occurred over each of the past three days.

INTREorg Systems, Inc. IORG

We most recently were discussing IORG in our report dated May 25th, subsequent to which we would observe quite a significant uptrend. As you can plainly see on the included chart below, it has been stringing together solid performances for two weeks straight.

Our observed low on the stock was .32 on the 27th, and since then it’s been off to the races, and yesterday the stock managed an impressive new high of 1.09 before closing with strength just a tick below that. For us to remain heavily interested in this play moving forward we are going to need to see it maintain support at or above the channel of previous resistance we’ve highlighted on the chart from .80-.98.

Fresh Options Ideas

To close things out for the week, we’re going to provide a couple of options ideas with expirations set for next Friday, so this won’t carry the same warning we usually issue about trading weekly contracts at the end of the week. We are still quite intrigued with the possibilities for the following ranges of contracts in these two plays over the next several sessions:

H&R Block, Inc. HRB – 06/17 $21-23 Calls

Global Blood Therapeutics,Inc. GBT – 06/17 $20-30 Calls

Continued Options Success

We kept pounding the table on SPY options to kick off the week yesterday morning, following some of the largest single-session moves we’ve ever witnessed came to the contracts we were tracking on Friday. The Weekly $191.50-193 Calls served up the chance at earth-shattering intraday gains ranging from 5966-26000% and while our ideas for yesterday obviously didn’t produce figures like those, the potential gains were still exceptional in and of themselves.

Based on the premarket activity mixed with our own expectations of how market activity would unfold, we specifically targeted the SPY Weekly $194-197 Calls and were very pleased with the ensuing action in every set contracts:

$194 Calls  – Daily Range: 3.12-5.07 – Max Gain: 63%
$194.50 Calls  – Daily Range: 2.91-4.57 – Max Gain: 57%
$195 Calls  – Daily Range: 2.42-4.15 – Max Gain: 71%
$195.50 Calls  – Daily Range: 2.19-3.77. – Max Gain: 72%
$196 Calls
  – Daily Range: 1.90-3.35 – Max Gain: 76%
$196.50 Calls  – Daily Range: 1.59-2.95 – Max Gain: 86%
$197 Calls  – Daily Range: 1.33-2.60 – Max Gain: 95%

The markets have now seen five consecutive days of a strong rally, so we’d expect to see a brief consolidation and course correction. In that event, we’ll look for the SPY to hold support in the $195-range in order for us to remain interested in the above-mentioned weekly contracts.

Lululemon Athletica, Inc. LULU

The last time we formulated an options-trading idea for LULU was roughly a year ago, and at that time we caught a single-session move of over 400%. We want to revisit this play again today; this time, with a longer-term idea. The stock itself is attempting to record a sustained rise off of recent lows, and the chart appears to be ripening toward that eventuality.

The idea that we’re going to submit accordingly is going to be the LULU November 6th $53 Calls (Last Trade 1.25)  It’s quite feasible that we could see a return on the chart to the $56-range by the expiration date. That would push those contracts three dollars into the money, and would likely produce double-bag gains, so we’re going to place them on an extended watch.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Friday’s Historical Session & More

SPY Options Recap

The SPY options we were targeting last week ended up enacting some of the most astronomical moves we’ve ever seen on Friday as the markets underwent the largest single-session red-to-green reversal in the past 4 years! We had already tracked multi-bag moves in the SPY Weekly $191.50-193 Calls which we originally signaled on Thursday, though they were mere drops in the bucket compared to the tremendous action exhibited to close out the week. These truly were some of the best opportunities to make windfall profits that you’re ever likely to see.

There simply aren’t enough superlatives to describe the profits that were possible. None of the following moves are misprints- this epic session most assuredly took place! Check out the breakdown of the possibilities on the contracts that we alerted just 24 hours earlier:

$191.50 Calls  – Daily Range: .06-3.64 – Max Gain: 5966%
$192 Calls  – Daily Range: .03-3.05 – Max Gain: 10066%
$192.50 Calls  – Daily Range: .01-2.61 – Max Gain: 26000%
$193 Calls  – Daily Range: .01-2.01 – Max Gain: 20000%

Premarket activity on the SPY this morning has fallen between 194.52-196.71 so we are going to adjust our strategy pertaining to the SPY accordingly. We’ll be on the lookout for a dip-and-rip within the first few hours of trading today. As the cards now lay, provided the action unfolds as anticipated, we’ll be tracking SPY Weekly $194-197 Calls to start the week. If the poor jobs numbers weren’t enough to sway the markets, very little else would be capable of doing so. Thus we are strongly inclined to believe that the bull market is still intact, and we’re due to see a carryover of Friday’s upward momentum into this week.

Energy Holdings International, Inc. EGYH

We tagged EGYH a little over a week ago on the 24th, and subsequently witnessed a nice move from a low of .0085 to .015 (+76%). Following a consolidation a new low of .0081 on Wednesday, we saw another larger spike to end the week on Friday. The stock managed to close at its high of day and new overall high of .02, which represents a 147% swing.

In order to keep our attention, EGYH will need to maintain support at or above the current 50DMA of .0084 on any pullbacks.

Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. CCTC

We enjoyed the chance at some nice multi-bag gains from CCTC recently, as we were mentioning in Tuesday’s report.

We also mentioned that for us to remain interested, we’d need to see the stock hold above the .65-.75 range. and as you can clearly see on the snapshot below, the stock has done an excellent job of that so far, earning itself continued placement on our watchlist as we kick off this fresh trading week.

WFRX, BCCI, SANP, FROT, NGEY, GNK(Bottom-Watch)

Blue Horseshoe: PBR, MLCG, MNGA & Extended Watchlist

Petroleo Brasileiro SA Petrobras (PBR)

We spotted this NYSE stock recently as it has bounced off of 10-year lows. PBR is going to be one that we monitor on more of a long-term basis. It has been awhile since we’ve come across a good recovery play, and the conditions on the PBR chart certainly point to the possibility of some nice upside potential.

As we point out on the following chart, PBR needs to break key resistance at 11.84 and 12.50 in order to make a run at the gap on its chart from 14.50-15.70. The filling of that gap from current prices would spell gains of more than 35%

In the meantime, we’re looking at the the PBR Options chain. The May 2nd $12 Calls could be promising, in the event that we continue to see a general recovery. Those contracts that are currently trading in the mid-.30’s could be worth as much as 3.00 if the stock returns to the $15-level.

For a quick daytrading idea, we are looking at the $11 Calls that expire at the end of the day. It appears as if PBR wants to gap down to start the session and we may see a possible dip-and-rip scenario.

ML Capital Group, Inc. MLCG

Speaking of dip-and-rip opportunities, that’s what we saw out of MLCG yesterday. After a morning gap-up, the stock came down to .09 before taking off again to hit a high of .12, a 33% intraday gain.

MLCG has proved to be a volatile mover since we’ve been following it (03/05), and has risen as much as 227% from its recent four-cent low.

MagneGas Corp. MNGA

We’ve been following MNGA throughout the week. We saw it start out by coming from a low of 1.15 on Monday, and subsequently run up to 1.78.

It then bottomed out in the low 1.20’s around mid-week, only for yesterday’s news that the company had been commissioned to provide torch-cutting fuel to four major demolition projects, carried it back up to 1.66.

We’re now watching its activity as it pulled back a third time, finding support at the 1.43-level, and is currently gapping up to reach new highs in the 1.90’s. From Monday’s low of 1.15, to this morning’s high of 1.97 marks an overall increase of 71%

Happy New Year from Blue Horseshoe Stocks

With tomorrow’s holiday splitting another week right down the middle, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish our audience a very safe, healthy and Happy New Year. 2013 was an extremely successful year for us, and we are really excited to make 2014 even better!

At this point all of our regular readers are aware of our ongoing interest in marijuana -related stocks. We’ve covered this relatively new and rapidly growing industry tenaciously over the past year-and-a-half, and to our great pleasure, it has provided us with countless opportunities to profit.

Cannabis Science, Inc. CBIS

CBIS is an old favorite of ours that has delivered the goods on several occasions. Most recently, following our latest report which included the stock (12/19), CBIS touched its 52-wk low at .028, and has been really heating up since that time, reaching a high of .04 yesterday, good for a rebound of 43%

The stock closed at the high-of-day on more than 5.5x its 3mo. average volume, which certainly qualifies CBIS as a potential momentum play.

Here are some of the other stocks we’ve been  continuously tracking in the cannabis industry:

Hemp, Inc. HEMP,

Medical Marijuana, Inc. MJNA

Growlife, Inc. PHOT

Also consider: FITX, GRNH, SKTO, TRTC (Click here to view a past report containing much larger list of marijuana-related stocks)

We want to have the sector as a whole on watch as these plays are heating up, and seem poised to begin the New Year on a strong note. That fact, in concert with all of the recent progress that marijuana has made on both legislative and social levels, has us thinking that 2014 could be a landmark year for marijuana related stocks.

We also prepared a video chart presentation on the subject:

Progress Watch Corp. PROW

We first alerted on PROW back on Dec. 20th, at which time the stock saw a low of .0065, and we subsequently followed it to a high of .013. (+100%) After pulling back to .008 the following day, the stock has now surged back to re-test that .013 mark, giving us chances at up to an additional 65% gain.

PROW is likely to remain on our radar and in our reports well into the New Year.

Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. KNDI

KNDI came off of yesterday’s morning report to have a solid session, so we wanted to congratulate anyone who was able to take advantage. The stock saw a daily low of 11.50, followed by the high at 12.79, marking an intraday gain of just over 11%  A pretty good move for a stock in that price range, and a nice addition to the significant gains we’ve already seen from KNDI.
