RENU, ARNA & Today’s Extended Watchlist

Renuen Corp RENU

Despite bearing the “Caveat Emptor” label on OTC Markets, RENU is currently rocking, and also receiving a “Strong Buy” Rating at BARCHART.

There have been no public statements issued by the company since its symbol-change (formerly SHKZ) back in February, and yet the stock is garnering an awful lot of attention, as activity and PPS have surged of late.

In total, a possible gain of 338% exisited with RENU in the past six sessions, with yesterday’s dollar-volume coming to six figures.

Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ARNA

ARNA is a stock that we wanted to add to our longer-term radar this morning. The company recently received positive recommendations from an FDA advisory panel for its drug which treats obesity.

We want to watch this play carefully heading into the month of June, being the target month for FDA approval, as we believe that there could be trading opportunities in the meantime.

VGTel, Inc. VGTL

Microelectronics Technology Co. MELY

These two plays both recently had news out, (VGTL News, MELY News) Over the past couple of days, we have seen an increase in volume on both of these stocks, as accumulation seems to have gotten underway in both cases.

As a result of the recent influx of activity, we will monitor VGTL and MELY on our watchlists, attempting to anticipate their next moves. On a side note, VGTL is also currently being promoted, just another reason to see how things play out with that one.

Fero Industries, Inc. FROI

FROI is beginning to exhibit signs of a recovery off its bottom, with a solid level of support at .008. The MACD is setting up nicely, and the RSI is above 50; right where we like to see it.

UnderSea Recovery Corporation UNDR

UNDR has been a great flipping stock since we added it to our radar.  Yesterday, it held above the 200-day moving average of .0018, precisely as like we had hoped. Moving forward we would like to see UNDR continue to hold above that 200dma.

Inrob Tech, Ltd IRBL

IRBL came up on a bunch of scanners yesterday trading much higher than average volume, as a result we are adding it to our radars. We always love a good sub-penny momentum play, and IRBL fits that category.

EFFI, ERBB, FROI | Today’s Stock Watchlist

EffTec International, Inc. EFFI

After a monstrous run over the past couple of months, we would not now be surprised to see a pullback, as is to be expected in these instances.

From our momentum alert on Tuesday afternoon, the stock ran 38% to .18, and then dipped back to find support at our alert price.

As the week comes to a close, we are keeping a close watch for the support to hold, and are on the lookout for a possible bounce-play.

Tranzbyte Corp ERBB

ERBB appeared on our extended watchlist yesterday, as a result of all the buzz (no pun intended) currently surrounding medical marijuana related stocks.

Following its appearance in our morning report, the stock saw gains of nearly 100%, and closed out the day sustaining over 40% of those gains.

HEMP, CBIS and MJNA are some other stocks which are also taking advantage of the recent influx of volatility and volume in the sector.

Moving forward, we are keeping an eye out for all medical marijuana plays, as we see increased activity over this period across the board.
