XCHC, BMSN, ENTB & Extended Watchlist

Those of you who’ve been reading our newsletter for long enough, remember that we were one of the very first to start tracking the medical marijuana sector as a whole. Many of the plays contained in our first widespread account of marijuana stocks on October 16th even appeared prior to that report. Since that time, we’ve had several follow-up reports, covering close to a dozen different hemp stocks.

The X-Change Corporation XCHC

A few weeks ago we added XCHC to that group, and it seems we did so at just the right time. The week we brought it into the mix, the stock was trading as low as .0521, and has since hit a high .195, representing a profit of 274% in just three weeks. Though you might see others covering the stock presently, as regular monitors of the stock newsletter circuit, we were most assuredly the first to show up to the party.

Some of the other stocks in the cannabis arena have been seeing pullbacks of late, so we continue to monitor those for any upcoming bounce opportunities that we will certainly pass along, as always..
___

Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. BMSN
& Entest Biomedical, Inc. ENTB

After seeing recent runs from these two biotech stocks, both saw pullbacks, and subsequent rebounds to add to our recent win streak.

ENTB found support off of .0047 after running from .001-.0106

BMSN ran from .0003 to .0165, before pulling back to find support at .0071.

We’ll need to see both of those mentioned support levels hold moving forward, in order to continue to hold our interest. Consolidation periods can be good after multi-day runs like we’ve seen here. It is often caused by profit-takers exiting stage-left, and gives us a chance to see some new blood churn into the stocks, and laying the groundwork to give rise to the next upswing.

BMSN, ENTB, BIOF, PEIX & Extended Watchlist

Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. BMSN

We continue our coverage of BMSN this Tuesday morning following six consecutive sessions of positive moves for the stock.  Last Monday, we focused on BMSN, having already seen upwards of 2400% in gains from the stock to that point. From Monday’s low of .0075, to the high Friday at .015, we added another 100% rip to our resume’ of gains since we’ve been tracking BMSN.

Currently on the chart, we have a very favorable set-up. The 50DMA is approaching the 200DMA, setting up for a Golden Cross, which is something we always like to see.

While the chart is beginning to appear top-heavy, we have yet to observe any of the signs of the stock being overbought. We continue to see higher lows and higher highs being maintained. However it is at this point that we’ll exercise extreme caution, because as many other stocks in this position have taught us in the past, a wave of profit-taking could cause a sell-off at any time. At that point, we’d like to see a penny hold as support for BMSN to continue to hold our interest.

___

Entest BioMedical Inc. ENTB

We’ve been keeping ENTB in our extended watchlist consistently since January 15th. Shortly following that date we saw a low of .001. The stock has been gaining steadily since that time, and hit a high of .0077 on Friday. In exactly one month’s time, ENTB managed to increase 670% in value for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

It’s worthwhile to note that ENTB is under the same management as our previously mentioned winner, BMSN.

The chart is exhibiting similar pattern to BMSN as well, so we want to look out for the 50DMA to continue to curl up to the 200DMA toward a potential Golden Cross.

Side Note:

BIOF and PEIX, are our two ethanol plays that have continued to bring us solid gains. Friday’s session was no exception. PEIX traded in a range from .393-.469, a gain of 19%, while the range on BIOF was 5.678-6.84, a 20.5% jump.

PPHM, ODP, OMX,

SPWR, BIOF, PEIX & Extended Watchlist

SunPower Corp. SPWR

SPWR made a move of over 20% yesterday, so we wanted to add it to our watchlist today. We like a good alternative energy play, especially the way a hot-trading big board in the sector can influence the performance of other related stocks. We find that traders tend to follow the natural trends in the alternative energy field, so today, in addition to SPWR, we will be focusing on a few other energy stocks that could be in for a price boost.

___

BioFuel Energy Corp. BIOF &  Pacific Ethanol, Inc. PEIX

We’ve grown accustomed to mentioning these two stocks in the same breath. These ethanol plays have brought us several rounds of gains in the past, and they tend to trend together. With SPWR running yesterday we were sure to direct our attention toward BIOF and PEIX as well, and sure enough, both finished out the day in the green.

Plug Power, Inc. PLUG

PLUG is an energy play that went on an extreme backslide yesterday, tanking to .12 from the previous day’s close at .25. While remaining very cautious, there may be a bottom-bounce opportunity with PLUG, so we are presenting it today as a potential recovery play.

Extended Watchlist:
ENTB, BBDA, SIPC, CERP, YTRV,

LWSP, PSWS & Extended Watchlist

Legacy Wine & Spirits International Ltd. LWSP

LWSP first began appearing on our extended watchlist on January 16th, at which time the stock was trading as low as .006. Within a few days, it had pushed its way up to .023, for a 283% move.

Again on Friday we included LWSP on our extended watchlist, this time at a penny, and yesterday we saw the stock hit .02, a chance for an added 100% rip.

The chart conditions remain favorable as well- the RSI is climbing into the power zone, the PPO pinching in for a cross, and the Slow STO recently crossing up through the 50MA.

Friday’s post market PR:

Legacy Wine & Spirits International Ltd. (OTCPINK:LWSP) announces the signing of a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Mojave Gold Corporation (“Mojave”), www.mojavegoldcorp.com of Largo, Florida.

The LOI allows for Legacy to have the right to earn up to a 30% interest in Target #1(Kaburi Anorthosite) of Mojave’s PGM Project in their Platinum/Palladium licenses in Guyana. The arrangement also calls for an exchange of shares for both companies and a cash commitment from Legacy to Mojave for the Target #1 work program.

___

PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. PSWS

PSWS came off of our extended watchlist yesterday to trade in a range from .0049-.0065, and closed at its high of day, for gains as much as 33%

___

Added Note:

BMSN and MWIP were focal points yesterday, we noted that the two stocks have gained nearly 5000% over the past four months. Yesterday, they continued to pile on the gains, turning in two stellar performances. They, of course, remain high on our watchlist.

FOYJ | Foy-Johnston, Inc. & Extended Watchlist

Foy-Johnston, Inc. FOYJ

FOYJ appeared on our extended watchlist on January 14-15th, when we saw the stock running into resistance at .0009. It was as low as .0006 at the time, and yesterday the stock hit a high of .0015, representing a move of 150%

Now that has broken its previous resistance point .0012, it seems the may be gearing up for blue sky breakout mode, putting us on high alert. We’d like to see the .0012 level hold as support moving forward.

Yesterday following the market close, we saw a PR hit the wires, with a letter to the shareholders. “The company secured its initial exploration project in the country of Cameroon which is located in West Africa, in an area long known for its prolific mineralization. This part of Africa has been extracting gold and other precious minerals for centuries. The Company is currently in the process of acquiring several significant mining concessions in Cameroon as a result of initial exploratory work programs that were conducted over the past several months.”

We always like to monitor a situation carefully following untraded-upon news.

BARCHART.COM is currently giving FOYJ a 96% Overall “Buy” Rating
