Options HOT Streak!

Options Roundup

Yesterday brought more extreme success in the options trading arena for us, as we formulated two new ideas that worked out nicely, as well as increasing our strike field on the SPY by an extra two sets of contracts.

Our initial targets from Wednesday were the SPY Weekly $334-335 Calls, and we rolled up to include the $336 and $337’s as well. In each case, we saw some nice gains on the day yesterday:

$337: 1.46-2.35 (+61%)

The two fresh options plays that we highlighted were the NKLA Weekly $21.50-23 Calls and the BBBY Weekly $16-18 Calls, and in both cases, we saw some fantastic opportunities to profit.

ABCO Energy, Inc. ABCE

After mounting a run from .0004 up to .0009 as we mentioned in yesterday morning’s report, we cautioned readers that the stock had traded massive volume, and that we’d be on the lookout for a continuation of momentum.

That’s just what ended up happening, as ABCE pushed to a new high .0013. That extends our two-day observed gains on this play to 225%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: GIGL Review, Other Updates

Giggles N’ Hugs, Inc. GIGL

We’ve been hot on GIGL’s trail since tagging it in Friday’s premarket report, after catching it come off of a bottom. As of the end of that session, we’d witnessed a move of more than 350% from our observed low of .0053, to a high of .024, which occurred on record volume.

Yesterday we reminded our members to continue to keep tabs on the stock, and heeding that suggestion would have extended gain opportunities significantly with the daily performance that followed. GIGL managed to achieve a new high, trading up 140% intraday from .02 to .048. That new high mark represented a two-session swing of 806%

With the stock closing strongly at .035, we will of course be continuing to monitor its activity as we progress through the week.

Accelera Innovations, Inc. ACNV

We also tagged ACNV in yesterday’s morning report, and were pleased with the magnitude of the possible gains that were available there. The stock traded in a range from .008 and managed to hit .015.

That was the second subpenny play in as many days to crack the penny barrier on our watch (GIGL being the other), and it was good for intraday gains of up to 88% A strong close on healthy volume warrants further tracking in this instance as well.

Eli Lilly & Co. LLY – Options Update

On the 16th of last month, we formulated an extended-term options idea for LLY, and this morning, we’d like to take a second to update our readers on the level of gains that call has attained in recent weeks.

Our specific target contracts were the LLY 01/20 $75 Calls and the move we have observed in those has been quite good. A run from a low of .75 to as much as 2.50, which works out to total possible gains of up to 233%

Mountain High Acquisitions Corp. MYHI

We’ve got one last update this morning for MYHI. Last Wednesday, we tagged this stock, along with a varied group of several legal and medical marijuana plays, and just wanted to circle back to go over the fact that it has followed our expectations to the letter.

After the huge initial move we witnessed from .09-.239 (+166%) that first day, we followed up with an added caution, explicitly stating that “we expect a consolidation that should lead to a dip-and-rip pattern”.

That is exactly what has come to pass, as MYHI consolidated back to a low of .0909, before launching back to .175 yesterday. The move afforded us a chance to realize further gains to the tune of 93% on the rebound.

Along with MYHI, we’ll continue to watch several cannabis stocks, which comprise the vast majority of today’s extended watchlist.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: NFLX, BANC Updates & More

Netflix, Inc. NFLX – Update

Our NFLX options ideas from Tuesday morning continued to provide us with excellent intraday gains to take advantage of yesterday, despite already logging moves ranging between 54-98%.  Our target range, the NFLX Weekly $117-120 Calls, once again put up fantastic performances, regardless of which strike point was chosen.

Here are the total possible gains for yesterday’s session:

$117 Calls – Range: 2.19-5.59 – Max Gain: 155%
$118 Calls – Range: 1.43-4.70 – Max Gain: 229%
$119 Calls – Range: 1.03-3.87 – Max Gain: 276%
$120 Calls – Range: 1.07-3.09 – Max Gain: 189%

We’ve had a nice two-day run with these contracts and are ready to move on to the next idea, unless we see a dip-and-rip setup on the chart, in which case they would come back into play.
_____

Banc of California  BANC Update

Our other options idea from yesterday also worked out in spades. We noticed that the stock had been absolutely abused on immaterial news the session prior, and took the chance to pounce with  a signal on the stock for a possible bottom play, and both short and mid-term options ideas.

Those were the BANC Weekly $12.50 and $15 Calls and the BANC 11/18 $17.50 and $20 Calls, and with the exception of the $20’s which are still too far out of the money to have seen any appreciable upswing, they all did rather well.

Weekly $12.50 Calls – Range: .55-1.40 – Max Gain: 155%
Weekly $15 Calls – Range: .05-.25 – Max Gain: 400%
11/18 $17.50 Calls – Range: .15-.35 – Max Gain: 133%

With the stock appearing to gear up for another solid session, those 11/18 $20 Calls could join the rest of the group in making moves for us in upcoming sessions, so we’ll continue to keep a close watch.
______

Fresh Idea – American Express Co. AXP

We’ve got another post-earnings options idea to add into the mix this morning as well with American Express, which beat expectations and raised guidance on profits for the remainder of 2016. Accordingly, we’re going to want to track AXP Weekly $64-65.50 Calls.

Cannabis Stock Updates

Cannabis Science, Inc. CBIS – CBIS continued to push to new highs after our flag of the stock on Tuesday. After running 44% that day from .034 to .0489, we saw another solid round of gains yesterday. The stock traded in a range from .049 to .077, for a 57% intraday run and an overall increase of 126% over Tuesday’s low.

_____

IMD Companies, Inc. ICBU – Also among the marijuana stocks that we’ve slated for observation was this one that was new to our reports yesterday, and put up a pretty good move for our first day of observance.

ICBU traded up from a morning low of .0039 and surged to .0056, for an intraday pop of 44%

Plandai Biotechnology, Inc. PLPL

Being added to the watchlist this morning is PLPL, as a momentum play. The stock has been on the move over the past couple of sessions, having cracked through key resistance points on heavy volume. If it can breach the 200DMA of .045, things could get even more interesting from here.

We’ll remain interested in this play provided it can hold support at or above .03 on any pullbacks.
