At this point, mentioning that our most recent fresh options idea turned in a great performance seems to be a foregone conclusion. Nearly everything we’ve touched in 2019 with respect to earnings related options ideas has turned to gold.

EL is just the next link in that chain of premium options tradings ideas we’ve delivered to our readers so far this. It was a new idea for yesterday morning’s premarket report, the EL Weekly $145 & $150 Calls, and both of those strike points produced big-time single-session gains.

The $145’s ran 128% from 5.28 to 12.00, while the $150’s exploded from a low of 1.99 and hit 7.50, for potential intraday profits of up to 276%

Travena, Inc. TRVN

We also want to review a call we made on a stock at the end of 2018 that has found success in the early goings of 2019. We highlighted TRVN for observation in our report dated December 28th, and that day, the stock was trading for as little as .40, and it would never fall lower.

The reached .60 around the halfway point through January, and last week, exactly a month following our tag, TRVN kicked into high gear, reaching 1.45; an increase of 263% over our observed low from the morning of our initial alert.

The stock is currently flirting with its 200DMA, and if it can break previous resistance around the 1.50 area, there is a massive gap to the upside. Things could get even more interesting from there.

A couple of stock calls we brought up in December have gotten off to a great start to 2019. We wanted to kick off this morning’s report by updating readers on the excellent upswings we’ve witnessed.

Cronos Group, Inc. CRON

We were just talking about CRON yesterday morning, and it gave such a solid intraday performance, that we need to come back and update on it already. Our initial alert, of course, came on December 7th, after which time the stock was trading for as little as 9.56. Yesterday the stock streaked to a new high of 25.10, representing a move of 163% in just over 7 weeks.

General Electric Co. GE

It was just a week later on December 13 that we called GE to watch for a bottom, which came in shortly thereafter at 6.77-10.77. The stock recently hit 10.77, which marked a 6-week increase of 59% The RSI just cracked into the power zone, and a run at the 200DMA (currently 11.53) is not out of the question in the days or weeks ahead.

Sysco Corp. SYY

Our fresh options ideas from yesterday morning was to track the SYY Weekly $65-66 Calls, and all of those contracts provided very nice intraday chances for profits. We have been knocking our options plays out of the park for weeks now, and this was just the next link in the chain on what has become a top-notch performance for options plays in the whole of 2019 thus far.

Cronos Group, Inc. CRON

The last time we mentioned CRON was back on December 7th, and to kick things off this week we wanted to point out the fantastic run the stock has been on since then, even through the tumultuous end to 2018 and beginning of 2019 that was experienced by most stocks.

Subsequent to the time of our last alert, CRON was trading as low as 9.56, and the run it’s gone on since then has been incredible. It hasn’t really experienced any kind of downtrend since the week of Christmas, and on Friday, reached a new high of 21.79. That works out to a very respectable five week swing amounting to 128% For a nearly ten-dollar stock that’s an absolutely fantastic run. We’ve seen it inch higher in the premarket today, so we’ll definitely allow CRON to continue to keep its spot on watchlist.

Exxon Mobil Corp. XOM – Review

One of our fresh ideas from Friday morning’s report was the XOM Weekly $73.50-75 Calls
and we are pleased to recall the excellent performance those contracts posted on the day.

It continued a trend of multi-bag options winners that had started well before last week for us. Practically everything we’ve touched in 2019 with regard to earnings related options ideas has gone through the roof. The potential gains there for the taking were as follows:

We submitted two separate options trading ideas in yesterday morning’s premarket report, the first of which being the AAPL Weekly $160-162.50 Calls. It’s beeen quite some time since we played with the AAPL chain, but it is the stock that originally brought us into the fold of options day and swing trading that we’ve adopted as one of our main functions.

It came as no surprise when the Fed announced no interest rate hike yesterday that the markets responded bullishly and allowed for some very nice multi-bag moves on our designated targets.
