Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SVTE, SALE Updates & More

Service Team, Inc. SVTE

We placed SVTE on watch in Tuesday morning‘s report and have been rewarded with an amazing two-day run that has carried it from subpenny territory, straight into Pennyland.

The move we observed on Tuesday was a relatively modest 41% from the low of .0039 to the closing price of .0055, but yesterday, things really kicked into high gear.

SVTE opened up at that .0055 price-point and took off like a bat out of hell, reaching its impressive new high of .0188 shortly before 1PM. It marked an excellent intraday upswing of 242%, and boosted our two-session observed range to a laudable 382% Cheers to anyone who caught a piece of the action!

Pocket Games, Inc. PKGM

We’ve been exceedingly pleased with PKGM’s performance in the couple of weeks we’ve been tracking the stock, after having observed more than a 560% swing.

Yesterday brought yet another chance to make quick-strike profits off of this play from the outset of the session, as it quickly performed a dip-and-rip from the daily low of .0128 to the high of .0195 (+52%) in the first half hour of trading.

A secondary opportunity was afforded to those that continued to watch intently as PKGM came down to find support and make a solid rebound from .014 back to .018 in the closing minutes of the session. That amounted to an added 29% swing, and the stock closed just a tick below at .017. We’ll look for it to maintain support above yesterday’s swing-low in order for it to keep our interest moving forward.

RetailMeNot, Inc. SALE

We also want to provide a quick update on SALE, which we tagged as a bottom-watch play in yesterday’s premarket report. After taking an absolute beating over a poor earnings release, our timing in calling the bottom couldn’t have been much better as is evident on the snapshot below.

We’ve had luck in the past with stocks in these situations where investor disappointment leads to a knee-jerk selloff.  We’re going to leave SALE on our radars in the sessions to come, on the possibility that a protracted rebound is forthcoming.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SHRK Recap, Options Updates & More

SharkReach, Inc. SHRK

Our alert to our readers yesterday morning on the situation surrounding SHRK was absolutely spot-on. We tagged it as a momentum-mover and explained that we’d be on the lookout for an early dip followed by another run like the one that occurred the previous day.

Events played out exactly as we ascertained, with the sleight dip to the daily low of .30 occurring first thing in the morning followed by a rebound and an impressive run to a high of .66 toward the end of the session.  It marked an intraday upswing of 120% and occurred on well over five times the 30-day average volume, with the close coming in just four cents below the high-of-day.

We’ll remain interested in SHRK as long as it continues to build higher base levels of support moving forward.

Facebook, Inc. FB – Options Update

Yesterday morning, our notion that FB was in line for a significant tumble proved to be the right idea. We signaled a range of both short and intermediate term options contracts to correspond  with our bearish feelings on the stock, and every single target yielded the chance for premium intraday gains.

Our short term range included the Weekly $113-110 Puts and the longer-term idea was concerning the Feb 19th $109-105 Puts. Here’s a breakdown of the kinds of gains that were made possible by our timely alert.

Weeklies:

$113 Puts – Trading Range: 1.85-3.91  – Max Gain: 111%
$112 Puts – Trading Range: 1.27-3.15 – Max Gain: 148%
$111 Puts – Trading Range: .93-2.41 – Max Gain: 159%
$110 Puts – Trading Range: .47-1.91  – Max Gain: 306%

02/19 Expiration:

$109 Calls– Trading Range: 1.98-3.13 – Max Gain: 58%
$108 Calls – Trading Range: 1.67-2.76 – Max Gain: 65%
$107 Calls – Trading Range: 1.27-2.33 – Max Gain: 83%
$106 Calls – Trading Range: .99-2.00 – Max Gain: 102%
$105 Calls – Trading Range: .91-1.71 – Max Gain: 88%

We can expect to see further moves out of the these contracts as FB is down even further in the premarket this morning.

Bonus Idea: To close out the week we’ll also have our eyes on Weekly LNKD $140-125 Puts. Despite an earnings beat, reduced guidance is leading to a premarket backslide for LinkedIn.

Now Corp. NWPN

We also want to quickly congratulate any of our readers who may have caught our tag of NWPN in Wednesday morning’s premarket report. Our observed low on that day was .002, and as of yesterday’s impressive new high of .007, we had witnessed a two-day swing totaling 250%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PHOT Recap, Options Review & More

Growlife, Inc. PHOT

Amid a troubled market when a lot of stocks are stagnating, or even worse, plummeting, we managed to catch onto a great idea in yesterday’s premarket report with PHOT. Granted that we hadn’t mentioned the stock since the end of October, the timing in bringing back to the table was impeccable.

As you can see on the intraday chart below, PHOT logged a morning low of a penny before ramping its way up a full 100% to a daily high of .02 by early afternoon. It traded in a tight channel for the remainder of the session and managed to maintain a vast majority of those gains into the close at .0195.

While its actions alone certainly qualify for putting PHOT on a continued momentum watch, we’d urge a strong note of caution due to the fact that it is currently garnering a grey listing and caveat emptor warning at OTC Markets.

Alphabet Inc. GOOG – Options Idea

Our options idea from yesterday’s report turned up some excellent quick-strike chances in the first half of the session. We tagged a wide swathe of contracts in the range of GOOG Weekly $780-800 Calls, and each of the eight included targets provided similar gain opportunities.

In the interest of time, we’ll just provide the intraday swings on the first and last contracts in the series. The $780 Calls ran from a low of 6.70 to a high of 15.45 (+131%) and the $800’s made a jump from 1.90-5.50 (+190%).

Again, similar profits could have been attained with any one of the contracts in our highlighted range. Cheers to anyone able to take advantage of those moves which were propelled by GOOG’s post-market earnings beat on Monday.

Added Note: Stay tuned for tomorrow’s report when we’ll be formulating some fresh ideas based off of one or more of the high profile earnings releases slated for post-market today (GPRO, GM, YUM, etc.)
