CLNO, CBMX, MJNA, HEMP & Extended Watchlist

Cleantech Transit, Inc. CLNO

CLNO hit a high of .193 yesterday morning,  before we observed a lunchtime pullback to .10. On the intraday chart (below), the RSI started to look oversold, and the PPO crossed over, giving us an indication that it was a good time to consider re-entry. In a dip-and-rip scenario, we had a chance at up to 70% in intraday gains as the stock traveled back to the .17-range.

From our original alert at .0055, CLNO has risen as much as 3409%

CLNO is currently receiving a rare “100% Buy” Rating from BARCHART.COM

CombiMatrix Corp. CBMX

CBMX appeared on our extended watchlist for the second time yesterday since April 4th.

Back in April, we saw a move from 3.46-4.62 following our alert on the stock.

Yesterday, a similarly-sized spike took CBMX on a ride from 3.35 to 4.60 on the heels of an important announcement from the company regarding its approval by the New York State Board of Health to market its prenatal miscarriage analysis tests throughout the state. We refer you to the following:

IRVINE, Calif., June 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CombiMatrix Corporation (CBMX), a molecular diagnostics company performing DNA-based testing services for developmental disorders and cancer diagnostics, today announced that its chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) test for miscarriage analysis has received conditional approval from the New York State‘s Department of Health for testing on patient samples from the state. >>>WHOLE RELEASE

Other Extended Watchlist Winners:

While we’re on the subject of good performers to come off of our extended watchlist, we must turn our attention to a couple of our favorite cannabis stocks, MJNA, and HEMP. Our coverage of hemp-related plays has tapered recently, as we’ve had many other pressing issues to discuss. But it seems that we re-introduced them at a good time yesterday.

HEMP was as low as .021 before hitting a high of .028, a move of 33%

MJNA traded from .131 on up to .1453. That was good for an intraday gain of 11%

Extended Watchlist:

EWRL, PGRX(Coming off of recent lows), RSOL, LIVE,

CLNO, BRD, LSG & Extended Watchlist

Yesterday, despite an overall drop in all major US markets, we still managed to bring our readers a chance to get ahead. That’s right, amid the most down day that stocks have seen so far this year, 4 out of 5 of yesterday’s mentions closed in the green, while three of those provided us with opportunities to profit.

Cleantech Transit, Inc. CLNO

CLNO continues to yield gains, session after session. Yesterday, after opening up at .133, the stock managed to run as high as .165 ( a gain of 24% intraday), before settling back slightly to close at .16.

Lakeshore Gold Corp. LSG
&

Brigus Gold Corp. BRD

These two gold plays appeared on yesterday morning extended watchlist after coming off of recent lows, and each went on to produce some modest yet solid gains for the day.

LSG traded in a range from .20-.25, good for an intraday gain of 25%

BRD traded as low as .455, and touched a subsequent high of .503, for a gain of up to 11%

OPTIONS-TRADING NOTES:
The SPY’s LOD yesterday 155.73, and the HOD was 158.43. We are looking for that to push even higher today, on the heels of numbers released yesterday concerning US durable goods orders having increased 3.6 percent in the month of May. We’d like to see the SPY continue to make higher lows and higher highs. For the remainder of the week, so long as trends continue in their current direction, we are looking at in-the-money calls with strike prices in between $156-158.

As the market goes, so goes Apple. AAPL saw a low of 398.05 yesterday. In the event that we continue to see overall upward trending, we are looking at the $400 & 405 Calls.

Extended Watchlist:
SEGI, HEMP, MJNA, MWIP, OPTT, CBMX,

VDSC, MJNA & Extended Watchlist

ALAS International Holdings, Inc. VDSC

After a slightly rocky start yesterday morning in which it pulled back to .0128, VDSC surged back, gaining 28% as it touched .0164 in the afternoon, and closed with strength near that high of day (.016). We pointed out on the chart yesterday that a Golden Cross was imminent, and that occurred as well.

We are going to be keeping a keen eye on this stock today as well, although it has already seen four consecutive days of gains, so the time for locking in profits could be close-at-hand.

BARCHART.COM is currently giving VDSC an 88% Overall “Buy” Rating

Medical Marijuana, Inc. MJNA

We’ve had this stock on our radar for over a year now. Following an alert on August 9th , it was trading as low as .032. By mid-February, we witnessed a surge to as high as .50, for an overall increase of 1463%!

Since that time, it had been in an overall downtrend until just recently falling back to the twelve-cent range. The stock has now begun to show signs of recovery, and our focus has been drawn back to MJNA due to the current setup on the chart. As we’ve pointed out below, there is a promising look to it, with the MACD having just crossed. We’d like to see it continue to hold support off of the 200DMA and 20DMA (.152 & .189 respectively) and start to push towards that 50DMA at .238.

We also wanted to talk about this old favorite of ours as the company has just released its updated quarterly report which boasts higher-than-projected net income:

Operating highlights of the quarter were as follows:

STKO, PNCH & Extended Watchlist

SK3 Group, Inc. SKTO

SKTO dropped news regarding the acquisition of a cannabis-related company, sending the stock on a ride yesterday of over 480%

According to the release, SKTO added a significant amount to its bottom line, as the acquisition target is a company with  more than 12M dollars in licensing agreements.

With this new development, SKTO has effectively placed itself in the list of marijuana stocks that we’ve been monitoring for several months. We have been essentially scanning the entire sector continuously during that time, which has yielded us some sizable profits so far.

In case you might have missed a few here and there, this is a rundown of every single cannabis stock we’ve looked at recently:  PHOT, MJNA, CBIS, RFMK, ERBB, GRNH, MDBX, MWIP, TRTC, EXMT, EDXC. In addition to STKO, here are some other new stocks in the field that have caught our attention: FSPM, NRBT, GTLA, GWPRF, HESG, PARS, SRER, SFIO, NVLX.

MIAMI, FL, Mar 11, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) — SK3 Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: SKTO) today announces that it has acquired Medical Greens (TM) and has changed its business model to focus purely in the medical marijuana space. ___

IC Punch Media, Inc. PNCH

PNCH (formerly ICPA) has been a focus of ours a few times on the years past, and has brought us huge percentage gains. The first run we ever observed from this play took it from triple-zero country all the way up over a nickel, so we are well aware of its track record for explosive gains.

Yesterday PNCH once again triggered our scanners as it broke a key resistance point at .005, an area on the chart that it has been struggling to surpass since November.  Up until that time, .005 had acted as support, and we’ve been waiting for a move back above it, and now that it has, we’d like to see that once again become the support level for the stock.

MCET, MJNA, MWIP & Extended Watchlist

MultiCell Technologies, Inc. MCET

MCET put in another solid performance yesterday, maintaining its uptrend. We’ve taken a lot of interest in the biotech sector lately, and have been duly rewarded.

The volume that has been flowing through MCET for the past week and a half has been astronomical, with yesterday being the second-highest volume day. It opened at .0058, before dipping to .0046, and then ran to .006, gaining 30%  We then saw a dip to .0049 before the stock ran to .0067 tallying an added gain of 37%

From Friday’s low of .0035 we’re looking at gains of almost 100% in total, and with the amount of momentum in this stock currently, we are leaving MCET on our watchlist for the foreseeable future.
