Blue Horseshoe Stocks: More Cannabis Updates

Zerez Holdings ZRZH

ZRZH provided us with a healthy intraday gain opportunity for the second straight session yesterday. Despite making its really big move on Monday, it still managed to trade in a range from .014 to a new high of .019; a 36% pop.

As we were just mentioning yesterday morning, the incredible run started out from a low of .0037 on Monday, so the two-day spike that we’ve witnessed comes out to 414% All that after simply noticing the stock wake up from a slumber in the prior session, so congrats to any who were able to use our alert to their advantage here.

While not directly involved in the cannabis space, we consider this one to be related in light of their smart greenhouse technology that is set to take advantage of renewed and ongoing interest in the cannabis growing business.

Galenfeha, Inc. GLFH

GLFH was another inclusion from Monday’s report that has steadily ramped its way up so far this week. Its range carried it up 35% from .026-.035 on our first day of observance, and yesterday it pushed its upper limit once again.

This time, the trading range was another modest move-up from .037-.043 (+16%) and the new high extended the total gains we’ve seen thus far to 65% in a two-session span. We’d be perfectly happy to see the stock continue its slow ascent in this fashion.

The Second Green Rush Continues

We once again took to the pages of our newsletter yesterday to urge everyone to zero in on marijuana related stocks due to the massive surge of volume and price increases that have hit the sector of late, and figure to continue through election day.

We’re counting on the passage of California’s recreational bill to pass, and of course, there are several other states where it’s a possibility as well. All in all, the cannabis space could balloon by a significant percentage of its current size and the moves we’re seeing already seem to be an advanced indicator of that.

Cannabics, Inc. CNBX – We first began calling for our readers to track CNBX on October 5th at which time we would see a low of .06. We’ve seen it go up hundreds of percentage points since then, and yesterday it piled on with another great session.

It traded in a daily range from .65-.94, for added gains of 45%, and an overall move up from our observed low totaling 1467% in just over three weeks!
____

Marijuana Company of America, Inc. MCOA – MCOA is another continued mover. When placing it in yesterday’s report, it had already made a move of 490% from our witnessed low of .0094 to .0555.

Yesterday’s session added a run from .052 to .07 (+35%), which extends the gains we’ve seen on this play to 546% in less than a month’s time.
____

Honorable Mention: Also among the pot plays highlighted in yesterday’s report was VAPE which posted a nice intraday gain as well. The stock traded from .01545-.022, for gains of up to 42% on the day.

Direxion Daily Gold Miners Bull 3X ETF (NUGT) – Options Idea

With the markets in general showing reticence over the impending election and the inherent uncertainties therein, we’re seeing some rocky road ahead in coming sessions for the dollar, so we want to have a plan in place for taking advantage of that, with a bullish gold call on NUGT.

To do that, we’re going to utilize the NUGT Weekly $15.50-16.50 Calls in the event that our suspicions on the state of things prove accurate.

Extended Watchlist:
DEAC, SGBY, SFOR, FRLF, MEDT, QEDN, CIIX, IFAN

ERBB, LATF, MEDT, VMGI & Extended Watchlist

Over the past couple of weeks, our coverage of cannabis stocks has been relatively toned down. Both an abundance of other interests, as well as sector-wide consolidations pushed many of these plays to the back burner. Today we want to talk about some of the ones that are once again showing signs of life.

Transbyte Corp. ERBB

The last time we mentioned ERBB was at the end of January. By that time, we had already seen monstrous gains from this stock over the previous year, coming all the way from subpenny territory. At the time of our last mention, ERBB was trading at .0122, and this week we’ve noticed the stock reaching new highs, touching .045 on Wednesday. In just three weeks, that’s a 269% jump.

Yesterday also brought an exciting PR that we wanted to share. Tranzbyte’s marijuana vending solution, the ZaZZZ machine, will be put into use for the first time at a Colorado dispensary. Click through to the full PR for details:

TEMPE, AZ, Feb 20, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) — Tranzbyte Corporation (OTC Pink: ERBB) announced today that it has signed a formal agreement with Herbal Elements LLP, a legal Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Eagle-Vail, Colorado to assist in the final aspects of machine roll-out specific to Colorado. >>> FULL PR

Latteno Food Corp. LATF

We last pointed out LATF On February 11th, after witnessing a nice 43% intraday move the day prior, from .007 to .01. Since that time the stock has been on a bullish run, pushing its way upward and culminating at a high of .0154 yesterday. That means we’ve seen a positive move of 120% in a span of just eight sessions.

LATF also had news out yesterday, alluding to forthcoming quarterly figures that blow last year’s numbers out of the water:

SANTA ANA, CA, Feb 20, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) — Latteno Food Corp. (OTC Pink: LATF) is pleased to announce that preliminary Fourth Quarter financials for 2013 shows record numbers for LATF shareholders.Preliminary Fourth Quarter reports 3,100% increase in prior year’s revenues and over $413,000 in net income versus a net income of only $7,000 for prior year 2012. Year-end financials are anticipated to be filed with OTC within 30 days.

Media Technics Corp. MEDT

MEDT last appeared in our reports along with ERBB on Jan. 29th. In addition to gaining as much as 90% from its recent low of .001 to yesterday’s high of .0019, we also wanted to point out this morning’s press release:

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — MediaTechnics Corporation (PINKSHEETS: MEDT) is pleased to announce that Henri Atamian has stepped down as President and CEO and appointed Jeremy Carr as MEDT’s president and sole director. Verde Media Group, Inc. VMGI

We’re putting VMGI up on our radar at the suggestion of one of our faithful readers, Craig S. This is another cannabis-related stock to add to our enormous tracking list, thanks Craig!

Options Trading Side Notes:

The BBRY 02/28 $10 Calls we mentioned in yesterday’s extended watchlist fared well, making a 50% intraday move from .12 to .18. We’re going to continue monitoring these contracts into their expiration date.

In addition to those, we’re going to be looking at FB $69.50 and $70 Weekly Calls for a possible intraday flip opportunity.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Marijuana Stocks & More

Transbyte Corp. ERBB

Among others, ERBB was one cannabis play to have a bang-up session on Tuesday. After we watched it make a 23% intraday move from .012-.0147 on Monday, the stock continued to push its upper boundaries, opening at .0155 and reaching as high as .0193, an added gain of 25% It closed with strength at .019 on nearly 330M shares traded; that’s well over 3x its 3mo. average volume.

Be on the lookout for where this latest rush of momentum can carry ERBB, and aware of the possibility for bounce action in the event of any pullbacks.

Growlife, Inc. PHOT & Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. FITX

PHOT produced an exciting PR this morning that we wanted to share, as it it ties it to another of the cannabis stocks we’ve been following that has also produced mammoth gains this month, in FITX. It’s a development that will renew our interest in following the stories behind both of these stocks even more intently than before:

VaporBrands International, Inc. VAPR & Hemp, Inc. HEMP

Speaking of stocks in the marijuana sector that have joint ventures with others that we’ve covered extensively, we find VAPR. This one cropped up on our radar with a press release yesterday which ties it to another of our all-time favorite pot stocks; HEMP. The stock has been on the move for the past several sessions, so a note of caution is in order. We may find that the stock pulls back from extensive profit-taking, and in the event that occurs we will be watching closely for a bounce opportunity.

MediaTechnics Corp. MEDT

We also want to radar MEDT, a sub-penny play that has shown a capacity for quick swings in recent weeks. Over the past three sessions the stock has moved up from .0004, to as high as .0017 during trading yesterday. In early January it made a similar move from .0004-.0012, so we have a pretty good idea of the kind of volatility to expect from this play. Triple-zero stocks are known to be high risk, but a properly timed swing can lead to rapid gains for the savvy trader.

CleanPath Resources Corp. CLNP

This is another stock that falls into the high-risk/high-reward category of sub-penny momentum plays. The stock has been as low as .0002 as recently as Monday, and yesterday broke through a psychological barrier at .001, going as high as .0012. We are going to put this on our watchlist in the event of continued momentum pushing it past yesterday’s highs. Should it pull back into sub-.001 territory, we’ll be on the lookout for support and an eventual rebound.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: MYEC, MEDT, CLF Options

Good Morning Traders, we hope everyone had an enjoyable long weekend! We are more than ready to get back down to business today. Let us start off by congratulating ourselves for a job well done. Thursday’s mention of EXMT landed us a spot of Penny Stock Rumble’s top gainers list.

We are bringing you two sub-penny picks this morning that we feel have a chance to do as well, if not better than EXMT.

___

MyECheck, Inc. MYEC

MYEC got pushed down in March from .035, gapping down to sub-penny prices, where it is currently. We always scan for opportunities such as this, when a play like MYEC begins to recover from such a backslide. On Thursday, the play set off our bounce alarm, and we are extremely anxious to see how the momentum it built carries over into this new week. The chart below shows the recent history of MYEC. We can see that the stock traded very little leading up to the month of March, and all of the sudden, in a surge of volume, it gets taken off of a cliff. We definitely want to exercise caution with MYEC, while at the same time hoping to hitch a ride as this stock gradually begins to build back its PPS. The past few trading sessions have seen higher lows and higher highs, so MYEC starts this week as one of the stocks near the top of our watchlist.

___

MediaTechnics Corp. MEDT

MEDT is another sub-penny prospect that we are looking at this morning. It set off our scanner on Thursday, trading abnormally high volume, and making a tremendous surge to the upside. We are looking at two key levels of resistance at present, at Thursday’s high of .0019, and a recent swing high of .0022.Any time this kind of activity shows up, you can bet that we are paying close attention.

MEDT has also had its hands in the medical marijuana sector, recently releasing a PR that outlined the company’s plans to sell $500,000 in LED grow lights to Evergreen Systems Incorporated over the next year. That places MEDT in the ever-growing group of cannabis-related stocks that we are tracking.

___

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. CLF – Options Trading

This is a big-board stock that recently saw a gap-down. Already up 3% in pre-market trading today, we are categorizing CLF as a recovery play. We’d like to see it return to the 21-22.00 range. Right now, we are paying close attention to the 19.50 Calls, which closed at .31 on Thursday. Should the stock return to the previous levels mentioned, these calls could be trading in the 1.50-2.50 range.
