Blue Horseshoe Stocks: HEMP, TTDZ, PBR

Hemp, Inc. HEMP

Since 2012, we’ve talked up the business side of marijuana, and with all that has happened in the space since then, we have not been disappointed.

Our long-term subscribers recall that HEMP was among the first pot plays that we ever discussed, with its appearances in our reports dating all the way back to 10/16/12. If you take a look at our HEMP archive, you will find pages upon pages of coverage spanning from then up to the present, and it has been one heck of a ride.

When it first came across our screens, we saw two major runs from HEMP at the end of 2012 and leading into 2013, spanning from the .03-range up to .09, and from just below .03 back to a dime, respectively.

Flash forward to this past December, when HEMP had come all the way down under a penny (as low as .0085). Even though we knew the cannabis sector was bound to be huge, nothing could have prepared us for what was to come. As you all know, pot stocks across the board absolutely exploded around the New Year, and it sent HEMP on a stratospheric run which culminated in a high of .34 (Feb 5th.). The overall move we saw out of this play was a staggering 3900% between 12/19/13-02/05/14.

The following chart shows both that huge run, and current conditions that have us standing at attention. The PPS is holding support at a key level of previous resistance, and the MACD indicator is priming up for a bullish move:

Also turning our focus to HEMP today is the fact that just this morning, the company has released record-setting quarterly financials:

“Total sales for first quarter 2014 represent an increase of 1,181% over the same quarter last year and a marked 656% increase over the previous quarter announced just days ago.”  >> Go To PR

Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. TTDZ

Despite the general pullbacks throughout pot sector last week (perhaps largely related to the SEC’s temporary halt of PHOT) TTDZ managed to close out the week on a high note. On Friday, the stock made a nice intraday move from .024 to .0419, giving folks the chance at up to 75% in gains.

The last time we touched upon this favorite of ours, was last Monday, when we were congratulating ourselves for having seen a new high (.04) from TTDZ. The next day, the stock pushed the envelope again, setting yet another high mark at .049. From our first alert on January 30th (at a price of .0012), that is equal to an increase of 3983%

Petroleo Brasiliero S.A. (Petrobras) PBR

PBR and its options chain has been a veritable goldmine for us in recent weeks, and last week was no exception. We even saw a partial fill of the gap on the chart that we have been eyeing since beginning coverage on this play.

We were heavily interested in the $13.50 and $14 Weekly Calls for intra-week flip opportunities, and there were indeed many chances to profit.

We’re still currently looking at the $14 & $14.50 Weekly Calls for more potential flip opportunities.

The longer-term targets we’ve been tracking are the May $12 and the April $14’s, which, after already providing huge gains, still hold our interest.

 Singlepoint, Inc. SING

SING was on the move Friday, following some exciting news (below) and we placed it on our Stock Tracker which you can find in the sidebar of our blog at BlueHorseshoeStocks.com.  This is a good example of why we recommend visits to our site regularly, even if you’ve already received our daily report in your inbox. There is often content that gets added to the site throughout the course of the day, so keep that it mind!

Additionally, SING was discussed in our live trading chatroom, which is open to anyone with an interest in stocks, and a Skype connection. If you’d like an invite to the chat, send a Skype contact request to username: stocksumo

The following images show some of Friday’s chat activity on SING:

Indeed we are seeing the gap-up that we expected, this morning pre-market trades have gone off as high as a nickel. After such a huge spike, we wouldn’t be looking to jump in head-first, as a dip-and-rip scenario is exceedingly common in these situations. The resulting bounceplay could still provide traders with ample opportunity. Being another cannabis-related stock, SING is sure to be on our radar well into the future.

Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. AEGY

Speaking of momentum plays that were running on Friday, we saw AEGY (which had already afforded us cumulative gains approaching 200% earlier in the week) run from .0036 to a high of .0078. This morning, the stock has breached a penny in pre-market trading, presumably over continued excitement with Friday’s PR regarding the readiness of the company’s online marijuana dispensary. With the monster swings AEGY has been making since we first began talking a lot about it  last Monday, we’ll need to watch closely.

Progress Watch Corp. PROW

PROW has been a superstar since we began talking about it heavily beginning on December 20th, when we caught it at a low of .0065. From the very start, we were looking for a Golden Cross formation on the chart to signify upcoming gains, and we were not disappointed in the slightest. The stock went on to hit a high of .079 just three weeks later, a mind-numbing move of 1115%

Since that peak we’ve seen PROW undergo some routine consolidation, and it seems to have established itself a base of support around four cents, so we want to call attention back to it as the time for another swing may soon be drawing near.

ABAT, SOCR, ICLD, FREE & Extended Watchlist

Over the 2+ years since we turned our long-running daily newsletter into the Blue Horseshoe Stocks blog, we have covered an extremely wide pool of stocks. In fact, the number of plays we’ve passed along since the site’s inception is now approaching 1000.(Click here to view the symbol index.) We also have a couple of new plays to add this morning:

Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. ABAT

ABAT has been on a full-fledged breakout for the past four sessions, and momentum has been building. With volume increasing, and a golden cross setting up on the chart, this is definitely a stock that will be drawing our attention this morning.

Following this monstrous run, in the weeks ahead, we’ll also be on the lookout for a pullback and any eventual bounce opportunities it could afford.

Solpower Corp. SOCR

SOCR seemed to awake from hibernation yesterday as it traded up on light volume, causing it to pop up on our unusual activity scanner.  We’re going to want to keep this one on our radar moving forward.

FreeSeas, Inc. FREE

After re-alerting FREE as it was coming off of a bottom, the stock continued its progress, opening up at .36 and trading as high as .4048 on greater-than average volume. That marks an intraday gain of roughly 12.5%

As is the case with all stocks on the rebound, we are looking to see higher highs and higher lows posted on the chart.

Just prior to this stock’s last major run, we called out resistance in the .33-.38 area, the breaking of which led to serious gains. Those levels have been breached again, so FREE now has us back on high alert.

InterCloud Systems, Inc. ICLD

After having been as low as 4.41 following our initial alert of  ICLD on Friday morning, and as low as 8.67 following our Friday afternoon update, the stock continued to roll on Monday.  We saw a high of 16.69, which could have provided gains of up to 278% for those that caught the first alert, 93% following the second.

Congrats to anyone who has been able to ride the waves of gains that ICLD has provided over just a few short days.
