Growlife, Inc. PHOT

PHOT is a long-time favorite of ours as many of you well know, and continues to be one of the stars of the rapidly burgeoning marijuana sector.  Recently PHOT has been trading with increased liquidity, and this morning, the company had some news out that caught our attention. We will want to continue to keep an eye on PHOT, especially if Portland voters pass the upcoming initiative:

GrowLife, Inc. (OTCBB: PHOT), a diversified company operating in the legal cannabis industry including online and brick and mortar hydroponic stores, OEM grow equipment, commercial grow-op support, and media, is pleased to announce that the Company’s retail hydroponic location in Portland, Maine will be hosting festivities and store specials throughout Election Day, Tuesday November 5, 2013 as it awaits the results.

Voters in Portland are being asked to decide whether they want to make it legal for adults 21 and over to possess up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana. The Nov. 5 vote is being watched nationwide as a potential bellwether for the relaxation of marijuana laws in the Northeast. Recreational marijuana use is already legal in Colorado and Washington State and 21 states now have some version of medical allowance on their books. >> FULL PR

Extended Watchlist:
GOGO, NQ, OBXT, FB, AAPL

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: NQ, OXBT

NQ Mobile, Inc. NQ

We first began mentioning NQ this week. On Tuesday, we alerted the stock via our extended watchlist, and featured it on Wednesday, and it has basically been on a consistent uptrend ever since. From Tuesday’s low of 9.013, we’ve seen NQ battle all the way up to yesterday afternoon’s high of 14.69.

That’s a 63% power-move in the span of just three trading sessions. We caught this one perfectly off of its bottom, and are going to keep our eyes peeled for a continuation of the heavy momentum it has built all week. Yesterday saw nearly 3.5X the 3mo. average volume traded.

Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. OXBT

OXBT began appearing in our reports this week on Wednesday, at which time we observed it trading at a low of 1.48. This is another momentous stock, whose added volatility provided us with a couple of swing opportunities during yesterday’s session.

It started out with a rapid morning surge from the open at 2.57 up to 3.40 (+32%), then pulled back to 2.67 before running back to 3.37 (26%). All this on nearly $50M in dollar volume, enough to earn us a mention in the Penny Stock Rumble.

From our initial alert price at 1.48, yesterday’s 3.40 high represents a move 130% of in just two sessions. Congrats to anyone who was able to take advantage of our alert.
