Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PPCH Breakout & More

Propanc Health Group, Inc. PPCH

It didn’t require any patience on our part before we saw our bottom-watchlist from yesterday morning’s premarket report bear fruit. What we have in PPCH is an example of absolutely perfect timing.

After being mostly in a downtrend for a period that stretches all the way back to springtime, we ended up calling the bottom here with laser-like precision. The stock bulled its way up all day long, trading in a range from .008, through the penny barrier, and up to .017. That works out to an intraday pop of 112% and it came on nearly six times the monthly average volume.

The stock also managed to close just a tick below its high of day at .016, so we’re definitely going to be on the lookout for continued momentum. Yesterday wasn’t the first time we caught this play for triple-digit gains, and in all honesty, it probably won’t be the last.

Twitter, Inc. TWTR – Options Recap

In last Thursday’s morning report,  we presented an options idea for TWTR based on the setup of the chart; at the time it was trading in the mid-$18 range.

We put forth the TWTR 01/20 $19 and $20 Calls, to give ourselves the time needed to realize the upward move we suspected the stock would make, and it turned out to be another good idea. We saw a run to the mid-$19 level, and it facilitated the following performances in our target options:

01/20 $19 Calls – Range: .80-1.64 – Max Gain: 105%
01/20 $20 Calls – Range: .51-1.19 – Max Gain: 133%

Again, with that extended expiration date, we’ve still got all the time in the world to witness even further gains out of these contracts. That should start with with this morning’s opening bell, as TWTR is gapping up in the premarket once again.
_____

Fresh Idea:

Lululemon Athletica, Inc. LULU – On the strength of a solid Q3 earnings release and the authorization of a $100M buyback program, LULU is looking strong, and we want to get in on the action by formulating a new options idea to correspond with the activity.

Yesterday the stock broke out of the channel, from roughly $54-58, that it had been stuck in for several weeks, so we’re going to be focusing our attention on the LULU Weekly $66.50-70 Calls.

MJP International Ltd. MJPI

We also want to recap the performance of another play from yesterday’s extended watchlist. MJPI appeared for the first time in our reports, and responded with a solid session.

From a low of .85 the stock traded as high as 1.18, marking a 39% pop on the day and like the aforementioned play, it too closed just a single increment below the high of day at 1.17, and will thus remain on our list going forward.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Kicking Off the Short Week

Options Ideas

SPDR S&P500 ETF (SPY) –  It’s been awhile since we dabbed in some SPY options and the fund is gapping up moderately in the premarket, so as we kick off this holiday-shortened 3.5 day week, we thought we’d float an idea for some calls across everyone’s desk this morning. We’re going to focus on the SPY 11/23 $218.50-220 Calls. for possible daytrades and/or swing trades over the next few sessions.

Given the Thanksgiving break on Thursday followed by just a half day for Black Friday, these contracts, which would normally be weeklies expiring on Friday, will instead expire Wednesday afternoon, so we’ll be monitoring them up to that point.

We’ll hold to this idea as long as the SPY doesn’t dip below that 218.50-mark on any pullbacks.
______

Tyson Foods, Inc. TSN – Next up on the menu of options ideas today is Tyson, which we’re going to go in the opposite direction with, signaling some puts to track on the heels of an earnings miss.

We’re going to zero in on the TSN Weekly $62-59 Puts in the event that TSN records a continued backslide. Unlike the previously mentioned idea, these do expire at the end of Friday’s session (1PM) so we’ll have the entire week to watch these contracts.

______

Petroleo Brasiliero S.A. (Petrobras) PBR – An old-time favorite from the past is making another appearance this morning, in PBR. We noticed the stock coming back down recently after a surge well past the $10 mark last month, and this morning, it is re-testing the $10-level with a solid premarket gap-up.

We’re going te set ourselves up tracking the PBR $9.50-10.50 Calls (also expiring Friday @1PM), which could be in line for some serious moves if the stock can maintain its present momentum through the session and perhaps over the course of this short week.

Dominovas Energy Corp. DNRG

This is a play that we’ve mentioned on occasion in the past, most recently two Friday’s ago, when we tagged it at .0014 and saw a decent 44% run to .0023 the following day.

Since then the stock has consolidated back down to that .0014 level, and we’re noticing a PR out this morning that could help DNRG on its next leg-up. (>>View PR)

Blue Horeseshoe Stocks: OWCP Breakout Continues & More

OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. OWCP

Throughout the week, and since we first alerted it on Thursday, OWCP has been the gift that keeps on giving.  From that first session when it traded as low as .0045, the stock has made appreciable moves each day, and continued to provide intraday opportunities as well as a huge overall move to the upside.

Yesterday was no exception, as OWCP traded in a daily range from .014 to a new high of .03, a 114% intraday pop, and an overall increase of 566% from the low we observed on Thursday.

As pointed out in the following video presentation of the OWCP chart, we identify the current 50DMA of .018 as the ideal support level to hold on any forthcoming consolidations. At the very least, the stock will have to maintain its penny status and ultimately hold at a bare minimum of a .01 to maintain our attention.

Global Arena Holding Corp. GAHC

We’ve got GAHC which came up on our scanner this morning after giving off a strong bottom bounce signal yesterday as it ran from .0027 (just .0003 above current annual low) to .0036. We’re going to want to reserve it a spot on our watchlist in sessions ahead.

The current chart shows a number of indicators suggesting that GAHC could be set to make more moves to the upside, including a rapidly-strengthening RSI and a MACD pinching in for a bullish cross. If the stock were to make a run from current PPS levels to the 50DMA, we would be looking at gains of more than 65%
